Should I take a protein shake after HIIT weight loss session?

I weight train 3 times a week, training my chest, triceps, back, biceps, shoulders, legs and abs.

For 2 other days of the week I do a HIIT session on the treadmill to burn fat as I have 10% body fat on me.

I wanted to know if I should take a protein shake after the session and when should I eat after the session? Thanks
