Want to gain weight but finding it hard?!?

So I am about 5 foot 6 but I weigh just under 100 pounds. I'm 21 yet I haven't had a period since I weighed around 110 pounds which was nearly 11 months ago. I don't really know how I lost weight, probably just exercising alot and not really eating much (not on purpose), especially not eating many carbs as I'm type 1 diabetic so reduced my carb intake to make my control better, but now I want to gain weight again and i've been told to by my nurse but I'm finding it really hard. For the last month I've increased my calorie intake and reduced my exercise but I haven't gained a pound. I feel like I need to as well as sometimes my bones hurt me, like when i'm trying to sleep my ribs get sore as if i'm lying on pure bone. It's scaring me now. I've also got really bad skin and I get tired all the time! The problem is eating more and my diabetes, it means more insulin and injecting hurts me, also when I start eating carbs like bread, cereal or chocolate I tend to crave them more and this may lead to a binge which doesn't do my body or my diabetes any good! I know diabetics can lose weight if they have bad control and their sugar is too high but my control is good, I very rarely go over 10mm/ol. Any advice?

Your body is starved of fat. I bet your hair has any split ends, isn't glossy or shiny, and your fingernails are brittle too. Am I right? Also, avoid the breads, cereals, and other sugars, especially packaged, processed foods. They are full of hidden sugars and chemicals.

Take a plate, put a piece of protein on it about the size of your palm. Fill the rest of the plate with vegetables. Then cup your hand and fill it with good fats, olives, almonds, or macadamia nuts. If you are really this bad off, add a second handful of the fats for now. Thats one meal. Eat this every 3-4 hours, depending on how you feel. This meal should keep your blood sugar in the middle range, which should lower your dependancy on the insulin.

Sound crazy? It's not. After a week its pretty easy to do, and you will feel a whole lot better. When I started I had some serious carb cravings for the first week, then they went away and I felt a whole lot better.

Diabetes, also called diabetes mellitus, has become a very common heath problem. How to reverse diabetes naturally https://tr.im/p8wa2

There are two main types of diabetes- type 1 diabetes in which the body does not produce insulin and type 2 diabetes in which the body does not produce enough insulin or the insulin that is produced does not work properly.

Some of the common symptoms of diabetes include fatigue, weight loss (even though you are eating more), excessive thirst, increased urination, cut and bruises that are slow to heal and blurred vision.

While there is no cure for diabetes, with your blood sugar level under control you can live a totally normal life. There are various natural remedies for diabetes that will help you control your blood sugar level.

Understand the many premises behind The Paleo Diet and that will help guide you toward living a complete Paleo Diet lifestyle. Learn here https://tr.im/hBiZd

For breakfast, make an easy omelet. Peppers, mushrooms, and broccoli in olive oil; add omega-3-enriched or free-range eggs and diced turkey or chicken breast.

Paleo lunches are easy. At the beginning of the week, make a huge salad with anything you like. A good starting point can be mixed greens, spinach, radishes, bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, avocadoes, walnuts, almonds and sliced apples or pears.

For dinner, try spaghetti squash as a substitute for any pasta recipe. Top with pesto, marinara and meatballs. Roasted beets and their greens make a great side dish for pork.

For best health reasons, you should aim to gain at the rate of 2 pounds per week. To gain one pound, you will need to eat 3500 calories above the amount of calories your body is burning. See my references for calculators to determine how many calories your body is burning and how many calories you should eat in a day.

you must be dedicated. to a coordinated effort with your diet, exercise and rest schedules that complement each other. Here it is in a nut shell.

1) Eat 3 good meals a day. In between each meal have a high protein, high calorie drink or snack.

2) Exercise, Do 3 sets of 20 reps squats along with bench presses & deadlifts. 2-3 times a week

3) Rest, don't do extra activities, you need the rest time to repair and build muscle.

This works whether your male or female. Yes you will gain weight & mostly muscle. However, the muscle will be in the right places and after you reach a desired weight, you can start a maintenance program to tone and define muscles.

check out the sources below I will put some references on how to gain weight, Tips, Videos, Calculators and product reviews to help those interested in healthy weight gain. Good Luck.
