Im not sure how i did it , perhaps by using the chin bar or dips, but I seem to have some kind of muscle pain in my bicep, it's sort inside the joint where my arm is attached to my shoulder. What should I do?

A muscle relaxer would help if you visit your doctor. If you don't want to see a doc just smoke a little gonja one of its medicinal purposes is the fact that its a muscle relaxer as well as an anti-nauseant among other things.

Just relax and soak it in a nice warm bath or a visit to the jacuzzi.

Stop the exercise that you are doing, and ice to the area for the first two days, 15-20 Min's each time, to bring down the pain. After then, apply some anti-inflammatory balm over the affected area and put a clean towel over the area and then and heat (like a hot water bottle) for 15-20 each time for 4-5 days, but remember not to exercise your injured arm or shoulder for at least 1 - 2 weeks. If the problem persists, consult a doctor.
