How can I lose weight and cellulite on my thighs?

Seriously this is horrible. I weight 85 pounds, so light ,yet my thighs still look a little too big.
I would love to be at least able to get them more toned and lose the bit of cellulite I have on the back of them. How can I achieve this? It feels stupid that I weight so little yet I have cellulite.
I am dreading wearing a bikini on holiday cause of this.
Please help. Thanks.

How young are you? you must be awfully young. I'm betting your cellulite is so unnoticable..I cant imagine at 85 lbs it could be anything that bad. No way your thighs are too big... you lose any weight you'd be dead. Its what you eat, the fats in foods, it genetics. By the time women are say 25 ish, I'd say 75% have some cellulite. Other girls will be looking at you with envy cause you don't have a single fat roll, so stop worrying about a lil teeny dent here or there. Trust me there is plenty of time for that later on...as you get older and your shorts get longer and longer...lol Drink alot of water cut out the worst fats and get some moderate excersise, is about the best you can do. Those creams, well I dont think they work for anyone with set in cellulite...lol but for a young pup like you with the first signs, it may work, give it a try, might just make you feel better

You can try toning exercises, cellulite massagers, cellulite creams, or go to a spa for cellulite treatment. No matter how much you weigh, people tend to get cellulite. That's why there are pictures of celebs, on the internet, that everyone adores with candids of the paparazzi finding their cellulite. I'll tell you what I told this other girl who had the same question, use cellulean! My mom used this after using palmers oil and some other cream and I'll tell you that her cellulite and stretch marks disappeared in a matter of 5 weeks, and she had it pretty bad (sorry mom!) She said she started noticing results in 3 days and I saw that most of it was gone in 3 months. So basically she removed some of her cellulite for free by just applying a cream! All I know is the stuff works good and my mom is much more confident then she ever was. If you want to lose weight, you need to two things: eat less and exercise more. Weight gain happens when you create a calorie surplus (eat more than you burn). Your body takes the excess calories and converts them to fat which get stored around your stomach, arms and thighs. The longer you remain in a calorie surplus, the more weight you'll gain. To lose that weight, you need to do the opposite. You need to create a calorie deficit (start eating less than you burn).



Your first step is to figure out how many calories you burn on a daily basis. I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

The MOST important thing is to eat naturally..without medicines, chemicals, "starving" your self etc.



first, it would be best for you to eat as healthy as possible..this will also help you considerably to lose weight gradually and naturally..



eat fresh fruits, vegetables, drink plenty of WATER..avoid all cokes, caffeines, smoking, alchohol etc. as these also add weight as well as they contain chemicals which disturb your natural bio rythmns as well as brain chemistry. try not to eat too much meat, and the meat you should eat should be "lean meat" such as steamed chicken and rice, or steamed fish with rice..and vegetables,, this should be your staple diet rice and vegetables with fruits..AVOID "JUNK FOOD" and "Fast Food" as this type of food is very unhealthy, lacking in vitamins really and has plenty of fattening molecules which make one gain weight and is not good .



if you snack,, try fruits with yogurt or fruit yogurt and nuts.. nuts are very healthy for your body .and contain proteins.



go for walks every evening or morning or whenever you get time each day for 1 hour or 2 hours..make this somewhere you enjoy walking even if you have to drive a bit to there..and make this a daily routine..you will enjoy it once you get into it ..and it makes you feel great after..just walking for 1 hour or 2 hours.



if you do this..every day for one month ..you should lose around 10 pounds (.714 stone) per month until you get to your natural healthy weight.. look up on the internet for an idea of what your weight for your height should be ..and when you get to this weight,,your body will look very nice and you will feel very good.

drink "Green Tea" as this is very healthy and helps burn extra fat faster...you can buy quality green tea at most oriental shops or large supermarkets as well
