i know ive asked this question already but i forgot some details.
im 14
5'4
and i weigh 200 lbs i wanna lose about 120 lbs in 6-7 months
help??

im doing this diet because im going into my freshman year in high school and i want to get friends for the first time and so people wont make fun of me and so i wont be afraid to go shopping anymore.helpppp

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

eat a small portion of junk 0nly once a week for life...dont diet,just eat healthy and workout often for life...at 14 the best thing to do is get active in sports,dance and martial arts...no excuses please...
