People naturally come in all shapes and sizes. You have an hourglass figure. (Or 'pear', if you have a small bust.) Your body tends towards that shape.
Bodies are not infinitely changeable, not even with expensive plastic surgery (Although they try. Doing nasty things sometimes with broken bones and all. Eeew.)
Your genes want you to have nice big hips. Trying to give yourself boyish hips instead will require inflicting lots of damage on your body and starving yourself. You'll become ill. It's not completely impossible if you're masochistic enough, but it's not good for you.
If your figure really bothers you, just changing the way you dress can have a big impact. Have you ever watched any of those 'How to look good naked' shows? Clothing can play up different aspects of your figure if you choose the cut right.
Your body is your body. It's not just like everyone else's. It has its own quirks and strengths and weaknesses. Take care of what you've got, and keep yourself in good HEALTH. Health is not the same as fashion. :)

36 / 24/ 36 was always thought to be the perfect figure. You're so close to perfect , that you are focused too much on yourself.
Get out, get hobbies, get busy, make money...quit worrying about an inch here or there.
90% of women would kill to have your height and figure !

I agree, you are pretty much the ideal height and measurement for a female. you should feel blessed, if anyone says otherwise its because they dont have your figure.
