Quest protein bars have been around for years, boost a loyal following, and are clearly stiff competition for others in the market.

One supremely tasty alternative is FitJoy.

Whatever on-the-go snack you choose, make sure each protein bar contains at least 20g of protein and have a huge variety of flavors to choose from.

Yes, if you are into protein bars, which I am as part of my low-carb lifestyle. They have about twice the protein of most other protein bars, and very low net carbs. Calories are in the 160-210 range depending on flavor. The ingredients list is extremely short and easy to understand, unlike most protein bars. Example: Protein, fiber, almonds, water. Less than 2% of sea salt, Lo Han Guo, Sucralose, natural flavors.

No. They are high in fructose (from sugar).

Quest bars may not be considered the healthiest of all snacks. While they may have a high protein content, they also have a high content of sweeter and many highly processed ingredients.

Look at the ingredients list. Is it filled with sugar and various ingredients you can't pronounce? If the answer is yes, it is unhealthy for you.
