special k is okay for breakfast, but do you really want to eat that all day? You can eat a variety, you just have to choose the right stuff. You aslo dont have to starve yourself, just eat the RIGHT things.
Breakfast: Your meal is fine, but maybe cut the sweetner if it is an artificial one, they really arent much better than regular old sugar. Theyre just a bunch of... artificial chemicals that taste sweet. Eat fruit or oatmeal for breakfast too
Lunch: a nice lean turkey sandwich wont be bad for you if you dont load it up with mayo and such. I like turkey with cheese and lettuce and tomato. It doesnt have to be big, but that sounds better than a cheese sandwich with pickle, doesnt it? Eat another banana, orange or apple then with your lunch. Drink water, juice is full of sugar and more artificial sweetners (unless its all pure juice, then thats fine).
Snack: try a tea that doesnt need sweetners. I REALLY like peppermint and licorice tea (or combine the flavors, yum!) it doesnt need sugar at all! Substitute your special k bar with natrual yogurt (the kind that isnt full of sweetners) and/or almonds. Seriously, almonds are power foods.
Dinner: You really can do SO MUCH with this meal! skip the cereal and try something like a SMALL portion of a lean meat, like turkey, chicken or fish. Pan fry with spices and olive oil, no breaded or fried meat. Lean beef cuts are okay once in awhile too. Pair with rice, steamed veggies, or a salad with vinegar and olive oil dressing. A glass of red wine wont hurt, and may actually be benefitial with dinner. Alot more pleasant than your cereal dinner isnt it?
A healthy diet, your active schedule, and drinking lots of water throughout the day should help you loose the wieght. It may take some time, but if you stick to it, you should see some results.
