dont give me eat healthily and exercise because thats a slow slow option i need a quick fix!

i was thinking Atkins for a few weeks?

I lose weight for bodybuilding quickly and safely.

Try tuna or white chicken on whole wheat four times a day for six days. Eat normal once a week. No soft drinks. Water only. No sugar or chocolate. If you get hungry eat another sandwich. Use low or no fat mayo. Snack on carrots or celery.

Exercise your thighs (Large muscle groups)! Walk, jog, tennis and mostly light to medium weightlifting will help burn fat.

Okay, this really is simple. First, there is NO quick fix. HOWEVER, you have a month and you could probably lose about 3-5 pounds a week. It's real simple. Avoid these foods- ANYTHING white. that means white bread, white sugar, white rice, potatoes. Breakfast - 2 whole eggs, 1 white scrambles add VEGGIES...mushrooms, spinach, bell peppers. The protein and fiber keeps you full. Or oatmeal and not instant. Slow cooked or 2 minute. Add some vanilla and cinnamon and chopped apples while cooking. Sweeten with Splenda. add a splash of non fat m,ilk. Eat a snack, veggies like carrots, cucumbers or snap peas are great. Dip in hummus or salsa. Lunch - Salad...BIG with some protein if possible. Dressing should be low cal, or try basalmic vinegar with a drizzle of olive oil. Dinner- Lean protein ( about the size of a deck of cards) veggies, 1/2 cup brown rice okay. Or wheat pasta with chicken in a marinara sauce. Watch sugar intake and not too many fruits. (they have natural sugar. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, alternate cardio and weight training.(lean muscles burn fat even when you are still. Drink a lot of water! At least 6-8 8 ounce glasses. Good luck! Sorry to break it to you but exercising and eating a healthy diet are the only healthy ways to lose weight, and yes, it can be a lengthly process. Why exactly is it so important to be thin in a month? My friends like me for who i am..not what I look like..but thats just my friends. ANYWAYS-



Here are some quick fixes:

-making yourself puke after you eat..yum!

-not eating..AT ALL!

-getting LIPO!

-taking pills that don't even work!

NOW DON'T THOSE SOUND FUN?!



If you start healthy eating and exercise habits now they could stick and you could be a lot thinner.



If you want to lose weight fast then you could..oops there is nothing you can do. Unless you want to end up broke, scarred, starved, weak, sick or DEAD.



Hmmm..now the exercising and eating healthy doesn't sound to bad, does it?



Here is a tip: Accept yourself for who you are right now and don't care about what other people think of how you look, because obviously you can tell I hate that..

All other methods of weight loss are either unhealthy, or take just as long. You need to drop the junk food and grab an apple when hungry.

ALSO, buy a pilates dvd and a mat.

My sister has been doing that for a week and has already lost about an inch, plus she is gaining a lot of muscles.



So there is my advice.

Do not go on a crash diet. I did, and now I have all this nasty excess skin..

Well, I'm not going to get any points on this one..but here goes...



You already know the answers. And Atkins will only make you lose water and muscle. That's awesome for girls that have to suck in their belly and show their ribs to look skinny....but in reality, they're kinda flabby.



So...if you can run....start running....eat 5-6 times a day...but one month isn't enough time. You cannot tone up without exercise, plain and simple....and again, if you're trying to tone up, then Atkins isn't for you...it will defeat the purpose.



I wish you luck...but this should have been in the planning stages about 6 months ago....you would have thanked yourself for it. For now....start a goal, find flattering clothes and go on holiday to enjoy yourself.....you will have the rest of your life to look fabulous...but this month....it's not going to happen.

You're not going to do it. Crash diets are the worst possible option and have terrible side effects such as excess skin.



Losing weight should be part of a healthy diet with exercise. If you're not interested in putting any effort in and being patient forget it.

Don't use Atkins its very bad for you. I reccomend yoga booty ballet. I lost 2 pants sizes in less than 3 weeks. It helps real well. But it wouldn't hurt to also eat healthier. Watch your calorie intake. They also say drinking green tea twice a day with cinnamon can help you loose faster but I don't know if it works.



Good Luck! I know how frustrating to loose weight fast! I went of a cruise last year and..ugh. But I'm good now.

crash diet arent good for you

really THINK

would you rather go down 20 pounds now then gain 40 pounds later and be even more depressed and then do another crash diet loose another 20 pound then gain 60 pounds back

people really should base what looks good off anorexic model in magazines

its so depressing how people would rather be completly unhealthy, not very attractive (becuase you cant really work out and get tone when your not eating ud pass out) since your mostly fat with little muscle, and only be happy becuase they can fit into there size 2 jeans

Eat a lot of metrx, protein bars but be sure to get the low carb ones, the ones with sugar alcohol so there isnt as much impact on you. You need to drink a lot of water and try to run every day!?!
