Sorry to break it to you but exercising and eating a healthy diet are the only healthy ways to lose weight, and yes, it can be a lengthly process. Why exactly is it so important to be thin in a month? My friends like me for who i am..not what I look like..but thats just my friends. ANYWAYS-
Here are some quick fixes:
-making yourself puke after you eat..yum!
-not eating..AT ALL!
-getting LIPO!
-taking pills that don't even work!
NOW DON'T THOSE SOUND FUN?!
If you start healthy eating and exercise habits now they could stick and you could be a lot thinner.
If you want to lose weight fast then you could..oops there is nothing you can do. Unless you want to end up broke, scarred, starved, weak, sick or DEAD.
Hmmm..now the exercising and eating healthy doesn't sound to bad, does it?
Here is a tip: Accept yourself for who you are right now and don't care about what other people think of how you look, because obviously you can tell I hate that..
