What is the best workout DVD you have tried and did you see good results from it?

if you are into more of the kickboxing type: billy blanks taebo or bootcamp, and turbo jam
if you are into more dancing: hip hop abs
if you are into just a regular workout: the biggest loser, or womens health
it also depends on your goals, are you trying to tone of lose weight?
for instance the biggest loser: power sculpt is good for toning, while the biggest loser cardio max is good for weight loss
i also recommend carmen electra striptease aerobics to women, but its not too intense and will tone more than help lose weight

hi Psychology=Love, i take advantage of Ministry of Sound exercising consultation dvd's and that they specific have toned me up. they are confusing to income formerly each and every thing ( I won't lie) yet as quickly as you get the dangle of the workouts, you would be leaping up and down like there is not any the next day... LOL. i incredibly like Deanne Berry as a results of fact her workouts are fab! I did lose approximately 20 lbs or so (basically over a stone) and that i do them on wet days while i won't be able to get out and walk in the nighttime's, The dvd's are chop up up into 5 sections. The workouts final approximately an hour or so. 1st section- heat up 2d section- dance exercising consultation third - extreme impression areobics 4th - bums, tums and thighs (large for firming) 5th- cool down (ideas-blowing) i incredibly relish them and that i now very own 5 of them! desire this helps a touch.

For a cardio work out try the biggest looser series. It is real cardio.
For legs, thighs and butt try
Leg, butt, hip and thigh makeover by Joey Atlas.
This is a good work out althouth the presentation I do not approve. Unprofessional, looks like he just put the camera on a tripod and did the video by himself...But the workout is genious which is what it is important.
I just wrote down the exercises in a sheet and did them without the video, I can't stand how in some cases his head is cut off the screen..
When you buy the video you will get a trillion emails from Joey, too many things but I got used to them and sometimes I read them, the majority get deleted...SOMETIMES there is good info in his emails....

I like Turbo Jam.
its a mixture of dance, martial arts and kickboxing
and its super fun and still works your body.
my first week I lost a whole inch off my waist
and when I went on holiday for a week
I actually missed doing it.

Leslie Sansone's power walking. It's fantastic. People think walking isn't good exercise but it is. She gets you really motivated and you feel energized. It's fantastic and I got good results.
