Over the top. The high fructose corn syrup in it is terrible for you. Consider eliminating it from your diet.

There is no way your dentist would be OK with this. I am a dentist and have seen daily the erosion from the acid of cola drinks. That is different to decay by the way. I saw a 24 year old guy the other day who drank rum and coke a lot and he had similar enamel levels to a 70 year old. Cola drinks , energy drinks and sports drinks are all culprits. But hey, at least the dentists can make some money one day when you want to try to get your teeth repaired.

Yes it can definitely damage your health. Drinking a can of coke per day doubles your chances of getting diabetes. I had a friend who drinks a can of coke about every 1-2 days, and she's now down with diabetes. The best is to stay away from coke, or to drink it as little as possible (once or twice every month?) Drinking things like coke zero or something won't make a difference. I know it tastes the same and it says 'zero', but the sugar level in it is the same as the normal coke. Just that they are using aspartame and artificial sweetener as subsitutes. Reading the nutritional table and the ingredients used helps!

thats 6400 calories a week in just coke. there is 100 calories in 8 ounces...8 servings in a 2 liter...you drink the equivalent of 8-2 liters a week!

You get 2 to 3 days worth of calories from your drink...and you say you have done this for 8 years? If you are not over weight...you either have a tapeworm, have a very poor nutritionally sound diet, you do crack cocaine or the like, you have diabetes (or you will at least). Maybe you dont eat real food because your teeth have rotted out of your head?

Just for fun research some of the many uses of coca-cola and you drink it. Example : HPs keep is in their squad car to clean blood off the highway after an accident

That's way too much. I bet your teeth are rotten and stained. If your teeth get real bad, it could cause a blood infection, and that could be the end of you. I thought I drank alot at 6 liters a week, wow.

its too much sugar and chemicals.. when i was in 7th grade.. i would drink soo much soda every single day.. i would replace it with water and orange juice.. my stomach started hurting and i went to the doctor a lot.. they didnt know what was wrong with me until they said i had an infection down there.. they told me it was because i needed to drink more water and to stop drinking soda.. now im 17 years old and i stopped drinking soda ever since.. when i try tasting it now.. it tastes soo weird... its like i cant believe i liked it so much before.. anyway.. it did affect me alot.. i feel so much healthier now and plus.. i lost so much weight because of it. soda makes ur stomach look so big..so i think you should drink water or natural juice.. all the sugar is really bad for you.
