I want to succeed in Fat Loss (NOT Weight Loss). How?

Remember, I want to get rid of the extra fat, specially on my buttocks.
Remember, I am not talking about Weight Loss. My weight is good.
Of course, losing extra fat will make weight loss, so I also want to eat something healthy to make my pair of breasts larger healthily and keep round .
Do you know what to eat and how, for Fat Loss (e.g. on buttocks) and enlarge my pair of breasts (not by operation)?

This is a very peculiar question.. You're saying you want to lose fat but not weight, and although you want to lose fat, you also want to GAIN FAT in your breasts? This makes no sense whatsoever to me.



If you want to lose fat then doing 30 minutes of cardio every day will help (any activity that increases your heart rate to 70-80% of your maximum heart rate and keeps it there, i.e. running, cycling, swimming)



There is no such thing as spot fat removal. Absolutely no such thing. Genetics will choose where you put weight on and take it from so just lose some fat (which means losing weight!) and see where it comes from.

no u should only eat fruit n vegetables n maybe eat some of the junk 1 every 2 month
