Don't listen to the guy who said you should weight 100 pounds or less. He is completely, totally, 100% wrong. You are perfectly healthy at that size.
While a BMI calculator isn't a perfectly accurate measurement of your health based on height and weight, it's the best we have. Your BMI is 20.4. Normal is 18.5-24.9.
(If you weighed 100 pounds your BMI would be 15.7 - severely underweight)
So yes, to answer your question, you are healthy. That being said, it's never a bad idea to try to improve your eating/exercise habits.

Perfectly healthy. The lowest you should weigh at 5'7" is 125.

im assuming you're a girl. well im 5'9 and i weigh 130 pounds. But im a guy and 10+ of my pounds are just muscles. now i would say you're healthy but you may....want to lose weight. but not much. girls that are 5'7 weigh around 100 pounds-or less.
