Im not anorexic either. && Oh boy I tried that not eating thing for a good 4 days and after feeling so week and so many headaches I gave up on that and started back eating again but this time more healthier.





Also Ill tell you this after losing alot of weight your body becomes accustom to the same weight loss precedure your doing so that mean that process wont help as much it you keep doing it. I mean you wont see as many results as the first time. Because the first time your body was new to it so it reacted very hard. Which caused you to lose so much in the first place.





But honestly as far as the not eating thing sounds. I promise you its bad. Ive tried it so many times last year it didnt make any sense. Oh you will lose the weight fast like maybe a pound or two a day. But as fast as you lose it you will gain it right back. Because when you do try to eat your body will make you pay. It will make you grab that piece of fried chicken becuase you thought u did good through out the week without eating anything. But as soon as you eat it you gain back that pound you dropped in one day;



No eating made my skin look horrible also I mean it was so dry no matter how muuch lotion I put on it. And I looked so pale and drained like an old lady those four days. My head was spinning so bad that I threw up and I was so hungry. That I cried. Trust me that isnt the path to go.





Try exercising because i did the healthy diest and lost 20 lbs then when it was like I couldnt lose anymore I decided to exercise I was 170 after I lost the 20lbs last year && when I begined to exercise Im now sitting at 143. && can bench press 144 and can curl 50 on each arm almost non stop.



So that mean I lost 27 pounds in just a good 3-4 months by exercising for like 30 mins then till 1hr a day. And the best thing about it I can still eat all I want knowing I can work it all off in the weight room without gaining a single ounce.



Im not chubby && Im not skinny most of my weight is from muscles Im no muscle head are super buff girl. I mean you cant see my muscles until I flex. :) Even then there arent many. So I still look girly.







So dont stop eating its just super bad and the results dont become final. Still eat healthy and exercising. And youll be a total babe in a good 3-4 months. The longer it take for you to lose the weight the harder it takes for you to gain it back.

well you wont loose weight. AT ALL



your body goes into starvation mode and holds on to all the excess fat on your body to live off, and then it starts eating your muscles. Before you loose weight, you will probably die due to lack of nutrition.



honestly and i know you said you "dont want to hear it" but you dont want to hear it because you know its right, eating every 3 hours fresh veggies and fruits and some whole wheat pitas with healthy peanut butter your going to loose MORE weight.



Also if you just starve yourself your skin is going to hang and your not going to look in shape your just going to be a smaller version of whatever you are now, your skin will get saggy your going to kill your metabolism so as soon as you try to start eating right again your going to gain all the weight back probably plus some because your body has gone without food.



It can make your hair fall out, your nails with break, people will be able to tell you will have dark circles and yellow/ pale skin. DONT do this please, oh my god its so bad, im speaking from experience seriously, do not start this.



You arent going to get the results you want, you are going to end up wtih pockets of fat because your body is going to freak out and not know what to do due to starvation and your going to get cellulite and have saggy skin, let me stress that one more time, your skin will be so gross. Its much better, much faster, much healthier to eat a healthy diet like 1300-1500 cals a day and do 3 or 4 days of cardio 2 or 3 days of light weight lifting, get protein from tuna, lots of protein.



If you dont believe me, then i dont know what to tell you, you'll just have to wait until your family ends up having to bring you to the doctor i guess. do you really want that?



and you wont be able to take a vitamin because you have to take it with food or it makes you sick. So your not going to get ANY nutrition.

It doesn't take long to lose weight after not eating. Most of it will be from water weight initially. I know it sucks to be teased being 210 at 5'5 but stick with your healthy diet. If you haven't been able to lose more weight, then all it takes is a few changes. If you're afraid to eat due to gaining weight, just wait until you stop eating and then start eating again. You'll gain a lot more weight. It's a bad idea.

i was a ballet dancer i was 5'5 weighed 115 and i wanted to lose a little bit of weight so i kinda of stopped eating a lot and lost about 10 pounds in two weeks and weighed 105 so i mean you can lose 10 pounds in two weeks i did but you have to exercise i trained 8 hours a day so that was my exercise



i am also a vegan



the first few days of not eating you dont lose anything but after about 4 days you lose a lot

Im not going to nag you about it being bad for your health or tell you to eat normally or anything, but about...8weeks ago, i stopped eating completely, and if i did eat, i would throw it up. Ive gone up and down abit with my weight, but im now 2stone lighter. But i cant eat at all and i am honestly not happy, and i was happier feeling fat etc. Im now offcially classed as anorexic and bulimic, and even if i eat an apple i cant stand the feeling of it in my stomach and i have to bring it back up. I thought i could just not eat for a while, then after i had lost some weight i could then start eating very small amounts and keep the weight off. Obviously i thought wrong because i cant eat anything now. So im advising that you eat just one little thing a day atleast, even if its only an apple, or grapefruit etc, please dont get into the habbit of not eating anything at all like i have. You will still loose weight if you do this i promise you. Please please please give this your full thought.



If you want to know about food that will get out your system quickly and not put weight on, its all about high fibre foods, and metabolism boosting foods. E.g brown rice is great, and actually helps drag other foods out at the same time, thats why it is used in preety much every detox diet. Grapefruits like i metioned earlier are supposed to boost your metabolism, so they can help loose weight. Green Tea is also good for this, theres loads of stuff.



And as for your question will you put on weight after not eating for a few days, i would say no, and the sooner you eat after not eating the less likely you are to do so, as you will gain weight easier the longer you go not eating. Remember that the foods itself will weigh something, so allow a couple of pounds for the actually weight of the food in your stomach, but you wont LOOK and bigger or have gained weight, its just the foods weight.

So, here's the problem--- you're fighting your body, and your body will inevitably win. What you need to do is TRICK your body to get past this "plateau" you're at. I'm sure you know all about metabolism and such, but I'll give you a run down anyways.



Metabolism is the rate at which you burn through food an convert it to energy. The amount of energy contained in food is called "calories". When you start eating less, you consume less calories (duh) and your body has to start burning off the fat and/or muscle in order to keep doing its day-to-day things.



The problem is, eating less and less to lose weight only works for so long, because our bodies are smart. They have built-in mechanisms leftover from caveman-type days (or just regular nomadic, indian lifestyle-type days, depending on your religious beliefs) designed to help us through times when the hunting is bad. In essence, it's a built in system designed to help us through lean winters, and such--- stuff we don't really have here in America anymore.



What does this mean for you? Here's the bad news--- by eating less and less, your body thinks that you are going through one heck of a really hard winter. So it sloooows your digestion down. It slooows your metabolism down. It does this because your body thinks, "WOW. I'm sure not getting a lot of food. Who knows how long this will go on? I'd better be a lot more efficient, or we could end up dying of starvation."



It's a vicious cycle, and an incredibly unhealthy one. The less you eat, the more your body thinks its starving, and the slower your metabolism goes... and the less weight you lose..... so you start eating less... etc, etc, etc, etc.



So, to answer your question, the longer you keep NOT eating, the slower you're going to lose weight.





I'm not going to lecture you about anorexia, because you already know this. But please know if you need a sounding board, email me. I've been down the road you're on, and it's not good. Here's a tip you may not know--- if you go too far down the anorexic road and you lose too much weight too fast (the maximum weight loss suggested is 2 lbs a week, which sounds like not a lot until you realize that's almost 25 pounds every 3 months.) it permanently damages your heart. And because it's considered self-damage (the same as if you were doing drugs or whatever) you are NOT eligible to be a recepient of a new heart--- or a new lung... or a new kidney---even if you get in a car accident. If it sounds like I'm trying to scare you, I'm just telling the truth. Google it. But enough with that--- I said I wasn't going to lecture.

By the way--- this may sound stupid, but this is the gross tip that helped me with my eating disorder--- do you know when you start getting really thin and you're not eating enough that your body starts producing more hair? Fat usually works as an insulator, and when you lose too much fat, that old stupid leftover system starts thinking it needs to grow a winter coat. Really uber-thin girls who struggle with anorexia tend to have a lot of peach fuzz on their cheeks... and mustaches, and other gross places. And that stuff stays around FOREVER, and you start having to wax regularly. EWWW.



Anyways, here's what you need to do: You need to start eating more. Lots more. All the TIME more. Just eat disgustingly healthy stuff- which as a vegan you wont' have a problem. Constantly--- and I mean CONSTANTLY eat carrot sticks. And celery sticks. and then broccoli. And then more carrot sticks. And some bell peppers, or whatever veggies you like. Graze ALL DAY LONG, but only on healthy veggies (throw in a bit of fruit now and again for some variety.) Still eat 3 small healthy meals a day to keep your vitamins at a good level (btw...people's bodies have problems digesting multivitamins, so even though it SAYS you're getting 100% of the vitamins, you're really only getting about 20-30%. And you're prob not getting any calcium at all, and that's a horrible thing to risk.).



This constant eating TRICKS your body into thinking its back in the land of plenty. So instead of conserving/hoarding all the calories you give it (and doing its best to convert those calories into fat, because it thinks you are starving.... which, to be honest, it sounds like you pretty much are), it starts burning them at a regular rate. And you don't have to worry about the calories, because vegetables have minimal calories to begin with--- you could eat all the celery and carrot sticks you want and never gain an ounce.



Also, muscle burns more calories at rest than fat does, so start a healthy workout routine. Don't worry about bulking up--- you have to go really, really hardcore for that to happen.



How much water do you drink? Drink tons of water (within reason)--- it's healthy. :)

Smoke weed and eating fruit when u have the munchies will make u lose weight fast! Grapes without seeds are the best try it for a month and u will see incredible change but u gotta smoke everyday for a month and make sure u got alot of fruit at home :) If u do this u will feel amazing 2 :) and fruit and weed heals your body u can also exercise when u smoke weed, People that say weed makes u lazy dont know what they are talking about!

Relativley speaking, the first defect in the ice cream sandwich is that on hot summer nights the actual sandwich will melt in your hand. This can be very dangerous when handling dr pepper mildew. Yesterday my pet toad was dying, so I went to 7-11 and bought some lifesavers. Needless to say the toad didnt make it. Which brings me to my last point, don't climb trees unless you plan on living in one.

I can't tell you when you will start to loose weight but I can tell you that by not eating, your metabolism has slowed to a halt. Your body has gone into starvation mode and is hanging onto all the fat it can to survive. The longer you don't eat, the more your body will hang onto the fat and the more weight you will gain when you do start eating again. Best to starting eating now, in small portions so you don't do any permanent damage to your metabolism. When I was a teenager (I'm 48 now), I used to go days without eating, it was something a lot of us girls did back in the 70's. Well, now that I'm older, it seems harder to loose any weight and very easy to gain... Trust me, you don't want to do what you are doing to yourself.



Your body has stopped loosing weight because it has plateaued for awhile, that happens to a lot of people. You may not loose anything for another couple months, but as long as you eat healthy and take care of your self, it will start coming off again. Remember that staying healthy should be your goal and it will be a lot easier to go that long term and make your eating and exercise a lifestyle and not a diet.

I'm very sorry, but that sounds exactly like an eating disorder. You're refusing to eat. You care more about some stupid number no one except you (and your doctor, and other similar people) will see than about your health. Don't say you're not anorexic.



And you don't even care about your appearance. Sure, you might be smaller, but you'll look sick, bad skin, looking like you haven't slept in a week, etc. You'll constantly feel cold, meaning wearing layers that stop you from showing off how small you are. You won't have energy to do anything such as shopping, so people won't see you.



Not to mention that if you ever start eating again, you'll put it all right back on. If you don't start eating again, you'll end up in the hospital, or just dead.



As for how fast it'll make you lose weight? No way to say. It really depends on the individual. Won't be fast though. Your body knows when you're hurting it.

On a serious not Ik how you feel completely if your trying to lose weight I would just drink a lot of water for starters. If you don't eat and drink water all you get is water weight and that you can lose if you stop drinking as much for like 2 days and eat little items like a bowl of cereal. You can eat just small things like a bowl of cereal and a few crackers. Just cut back meals there's no need to completely starve yourself. This helped me and when I did it I would lose 6-7 pounds a week. Note this is very unhealthy. Good luck though <3

OKAY so I saw this and noticed you were having trouble. I've had the same problem after losing 100lbs I just stopped. Stated at the same weight I was at for a while and wondered the same thing. Not eating isn't the answer because once you start eating again your body will immediately start storing all food you put in your body, almost like it knows its in starvation mode. It slows your matabalism like a mother! What you wanna do, is adding extreme workout techniques to your usual work out routine. So if you walk every day like lets say, 5 miles. Walk only 3, and sprint 1. Then walk the last mile. You need to get your body into the habit of knowing when its time to pump the adrenaline. And keep pushing harder every time. I'm at 1200 squats every 3rd day now and I add in suicides in between to get the sweat flowing. Its all about pushing your body so it knows what you want from it, not punishing it by depriving it of food. And drink tons of water and cut out red meats&grains 4 days/week

I ended up losing 5/6 stone after 5 months of not eating properly but it did mess up my metabolism. I look amazing but that's on the outside. My body is messed up now so I advise to try and lose weight the proper way. Oh, being a heroin addict may have contributed to the weight loss but I probably would of used heroin earlier if I'd known the effects it would have on my body. Crack contributed too. BTW do not touch these drugs. Along with physical dangers the psychological side effects are mental. Crack psychosis is the worst. Hope you get to a point where your happy with yourself and **** those haters.

Let's think about it for a moment. You don't eat anything but you're not losing weight. Hmm.



Your body has gone into starvation mode.



That's where whenever you eat ANYTHING- it could be a piece of celery - your body holds onto it because it's afraid it's the only calories it is going to get.



So if you want to lose weight, do it the healthy weight. Eat about 1350 calories a day.



You might gain weight at first, but then you'll lose more than you ever imagine possible.



Drink lots of water.



There are plenty of vegan snacks at Trader Joe's and World Market.



Exercise daily for as little as 30 minutes a day.



Trust me, you will feel so much better and look healthier and slim.



You are at risk of dying by doing what you're doing. None of us want to die.

well maybe cause your not eating anything is the reason why your not loosing weigth.you said you lost your Weight in a healthy way,which i guess means you at a certain amount of calories(oh i guess 1400 to 1700)you mustve done exercises and cardio,but now that your not eating your body is not used to getting food into your body ,so the few times it does your body holds onto it because it knows it wont get food for a while,which cause you to NOT loose weigth or gain weigth,so keep doing what you were doing before(eating healthy) aND DONT STARVE yourself
