Depends. Are you at a healthy weight for your age, build, and height? If so (or if you're below healthy), don't worry about it. Are you a teenager and therefore growing quite a bit? Do you work out often? If you do, does your routine contain extensive cardioaerobic exercise?

All of those are reasons you could be hungry all the time. Now, the main thing to worry about is how to make sure you're not just munching on empty calories. Instead of chips and cookies look for complex carbohydrates and proteins. Think bread, cereal, pasta, tuna, tofu, rice, that sort of thing. If you just want something to munch on while you work on the computer or watch TV grab some apple slices or baby carrots.

You might also want to look at whether you're actually *hungry* or if you're just using hunger as a focus. Before you go grab something from the fridge stop and ask yourself if you're hungry or if you're just bored or upset or even excited. It could just be a mental reaction.

Distract yourself, i know easier said than done. But You are stressing your self and your diet worrying about you next meal. When you wake up eat a good breakfast with a lot af protein. then don't plan on eating again til lunch. Snacking is good, but try to put your body on a schedule. But try to distract yourself, when you start to think about food, call a friend or read a book, or if you are at work, get up and walk around. Alot of people have this problem especially if they are trying to diet. I am not sure if that is what you are doing. But is all just a change in habits, and schedule. Make sure you are getting enough calories too. If your body is really hungry you need to make sure it is getting fuel! check out this calculator on this site

That might be a question to ask a doctor. It could be a number of things, ranging from a eating disorder, to a high metabolism. I suffer the same thing, as well, although mine isn't an eating disorder. Far from it, actually. I just have a high metabolism, and it shows. On average, I'll eat five to seven meals (Not snacks) a day. The worst part about this? I don't gain an ounce when I eat. I blame it on the tape worm (He doesn't exist, but its funny to watch people's reactions to the statement). I'll eat anywhere from one to three pounds of food, per sitting, and barely gain any weight, at all. I have multiple check-ups, each year, and I'm healthy as can be. The truth is, people are different. There's no "set food amount" a person should eat. How big are you? If you're tall, or just naturally hefty, you'll eat more to maintain your body type. If this is a concern, as I stated, just talk with your doctor about it. I'm sure they'll offer you an answer, if anything. If you just have a healthy appetite, I suggest buying non-name brand food items.... or getting a second job. :P

Try to chew gum cuz it feel like ur eating somethin that make u feel full. Try to do some activity so that ur mind stop thinking about the food. If u still can't stop thinking about it then think of like those food are really gross and nasty therefore as time pass ur not going to thing about the food

Eat until you're full and then you won't be hungry anymore.

if it's the mental part you're worried about, fill your day with things to do. Get a hobby, play a sport, learn to play an instrument.
