Question:
need a really quick weight loss plan?

I have to go to a wedding in about 3 weeks and I need to lose drastic weight, FAST. I need to lose the bulge on my belly, thighs and possibly reduce my breasts as well. I'm a college student, so my diet is usually disgusting cafeteria food and fast foods, although, i'm starting to eat more fruits as snacks and meals. But it's not working fast enough. I don't have much time to committ to exercising either. So, I need a fast, safe, less than 3 week crash course diet so to say to lose weight.

Can anyone advise please. I don't want to spend money to join any websites for tips either. Just at home types of diets.

okay so no one is going to like my answer to this, because its not too smart according to some, but Ive done this before and ill never regret it...

i needed to lose weight really fast too so i ate 500cal every day for 3 weeks... and dropped 15pounds

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.

Hi, Quick weight loss is never a good thing but sometimes we have no choice.

How about trying this,cut out all bread,rice,pasta,sugar,alcohol and soft drinks.By cutting these out of your diet your body will start to use the stored fat instead of trying to use the fats and sugars that you are still consuming.Drink lots of water at least 2 ltrs a day and walk,walk,walk.You will lose up to 5kg a week at first then it will slow down,but it does work and you will feel amazing. yes atkins is a good quick fix, but only that. and try to eat as healthy as possible on it b/c some have had heart attacks. you can lose like 15 pounds in 1 or 2 weeks, but DONT slip up and eat a single carb. turkey and cheese rollups are good.
