I have to go to a wedding in about 3 weeks and I need to lose drastic weight, FAST. I need to lose the bulge on my belly, thighs and possibly reduce my breasts as well. I'm a college student, so my diet is usually disgusting cafeteria food and fast foods, although, i'm starting to eat more fruits as snacks and meals. But it's not working fast enough. I don't have much time to committ to exercising either. So, I need a fast, safe, less than 3 week crash course diet so to say to lose weight.
Can anyone advise please. I don't want to spend money to join any websites for tips either. Just at home types of diets.
Please help.
