Have you ever considered another, and MUCH safer alternative- it is exercise, and also- getting in control of any habits/behaviors you have that are keeping you-wherever it is-that you want to change. Reason I say this, is because if you do not change within-that is to say your beliefs about you, no diet/pill/anything will help you. You might check with health professionals who will validate this- Read "Psycho-Cybernetics" by Maxwell Maltz, MD, to get a sense of this. Your life is a mirror of your internal state-change THAT and your life will change. A friend of mine 2 years ago made a new statement to herself, added nothing else and lost 13 pounds- you too can do this. Regards, William

None- alot of weight pills are actually really bad for you, and it also has an effect on your heart.

You don't need weight loss pills. You just need to watch what you eat. I did it and it worked for me!

don't take weight loss pills all of them is bad for your health(had long term side effect),take multivitamins do vegetarian diet and get exersise.
