This is all great and all but my question is HOW?? Yeah i started cutting back on my intake and started exercising but everyone i know has told me its impossible to lose more than 10 pounds in three days. My second question is is this healthy? Am i eating too little or more than i need to? Yesterday i threw up and while i think that i am getting the flu there was a little of blood that came out too. Even know when i spit there's a bit of blood. Please guys help me out here, i am in need of some thank you.

Sadly, this loss isn't actually fat loss. Losing weight actually takes a lot of time and can easily come back when a diet ends. What often occurs now is just the water level in your body fluctuating. Another thing like this is getting sick. Just throwing up once or twice can drop 5 pounds, but after a couple weeks It steadily comes back. But you're not actually throwing up/burning 5 pounds. Some athletes also can 'lose' 10 pounds in a single race or game because of their sweat and water levels changing. The best way to lose weight and keep it away is to exercise a lot. Excercise, unlike diet alone can really burn off the fat cells and also makes your body much healthier in general. Running is really good, as it builds muscle throughout your body, it's cheap, and also increases heart-healthiness and lung capacity.

The Cabbage Soup Diet. This diet claims it can cause up to 10 pounds of weight loss in only 1 week. It involves a low-fat, high fiber diet of cabbage soup, certain fruits and vegetables, occasional meats and rice, as well as 4 or more glasses of water and a multi-vitamin every day. It lasts only 7 days and is not recommended for permanent or long-term weight loss goals.

Cardiovascular exercises, such as swimming and walking, are my best suggestions on how to lose belly fat. They target the entire body. Other exercises that are effective in losing belly fat are sit-ups, crunches, jogging, and my favorite, dancing. Doing side bends is an easy exercise for losing belly fat and you can do that watching television. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart with your knees slightly bent. Now, slowly lower the upper body to the right. Come back to the starting position and repeat to the left side. Make sure that you bend to the side, not forward or backward.

Remember that strategies other than actual weight loss can result in an improved appearance of health, youth, and beauty. Be sure to wear clothing that fits well, take care of your skin and hair, maintain proper posture, and never underestimate the power of an enthusiastic smile.
