fasting.

either its a water, lemonade or natural juice fast. this will clean out your system and shed pounds.

ive been on a water fast for 5 days and ive lost 12 pounds.

do not go more than 30 days without food! at all.

beyonce lost 20 pounds in 10 days with the lemonade fast.

just so you know you can not eat! at all! just drink.

when you get off the fast you need to cut everything nasty out of your diet. no sugar, no bread, no pasta, no bad oily stuff.

the day you get off the fast eat only fruits, vegetables and low fat soup. this is so you dont gain the weight back. also you do need to exercise to maintain your weight after the fast. also. 1 or 2 weeks of eating the soup and stuff after the fast. slowly. SLOWLY! go to whole foods. but like i said! noooo fatty stuff. when you lose the weight after the fast you will have more energy and not be lazy and then you will work out. also when the fast is over you might want to tone up. (lift weights, strength train) dont worry about getting bulky because women dont produce enough testosterone to build massive muscle.

good luck.

If you're not committed to a new lifestyle, then don't bother. I am serious. It is not good for your health to have short term unhealthy bursts of "dieting" (which usually means way too few calories in an attempt to lose weight quickly) and then right back to the old habits. Quick weight loss is almost always muscle and water. It is relatively easy to lose muscle tissue, and much harder to rebuild it. You really do want muscle, which is lean and makes you look and feel your best. Your body must work harder (which means burn more calories) even when it's at rest, when it has more muscle. So, you don't have to "Cut out all the food," but start thinking about what is healthy to eat. Shop the outer walls of the grocery store; that's where the fresh produce, lean meat and dairy products are. Buy less packaged stuff like chips, cookies, crackers basically anything processed. The less processing a food has, the more healthy it is for you (fresh fruit vs. fruit pies, for example). Eat simple meals of lean proten, whole grain carbs, lots of veggies, skim milk. Measure your servings of carbs, protein, and dairy. Learn to enjoy the way food tastes without butter or mayonnaise or other high calories condiments. I've probably lost you as you want "easy"...but if you're still reading, don't neglect the exercise. Try to exercise every day, and don't only do "cardio" exercises. Cardio is great, but strength training is also wonderful, and helps build that muscle tissue that is essential to keeping your weight off, avoiding injury, and a whole multitude of other benefits.

I hated dieting and working out perhaps more than you did. I guess I am the laziest guy born in a rich family.

Anyways. I was in a same dilemna as you seem to be in. I looked overweight and lot of friends always advised me to shed weights so that I could look more handsome.

My lazy bones didn't had the guts to workout longer than a few days. Eventually my cousin sister came up to me with a good product. It's good for lazy bones like you and me. It's called Hoodia. Actually, I had not heard of the product before until I tried it.

I can’t describe what Hoodia has done for me. For the first time in a long time I have been able to listen to my body and stop myself from overeating. I was taking about 1-2 of your hoodia tablets during the afternoon I was able to cut down lot of my excess weight within few weeks.

I still need to lose lot of weight which is why I am still taking it. Hope you find something good for you as well.

You don't need to go on a diet to lose weight. However, you do need to exercise or do some physical activity that would keep body metabolism at a level that you burn more calories than you take in. Losing weight is a matter of taking less calories than what you expend or burning more calories than what what you eat. Anything that deviates from that would mean either maintaining your current weight or gaining more weight.

BTW, 95-98 % of dieters are failures because they recover weight that is lost or gain more; dieting slows down body metabolism making you burn less calories so, after the dieting period the body gains weight. Here are some ideas for losing weight:

Eat a good breakfast, one that is high in fiber and low in fat. Example: oatmeal with skim milk. And don't skip meals specially breakfast; skipping breakfast slows down metabolism making the body gain wait.

Eat more of fresh vegetables, fruits and raw nuts- they are natural fat burners. Checkout: http://waytoloseweight.net/ for more info on fat burners.

As i have mention you have to exercise or do some physical activities; brisk walking is good exercise and so is jogging, bicycling/biking(real or stationary). Do it for at least 30 minutes(1 hour is better) 5-6 days a week.

Don't think quick, think long term; ideal weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week - greater than that may be unhealthy.

Good luck.

Don't listen to the person talking about fasting - that will harm your body and little do they know, you will gain more weight once you are done and be way more unhappy - trust me.

If you really want to lose weight, theres no magic way - im sorry. But if you take this information to heart, and take action with it and really want to change - you will.

There is so much false information going around about weight loss. Some is decent advice but most of it is horrible(like starving yourself or other harmful things)

The most important thing for fat loss, is that your diet is as natural and unprocessed as possible. It almost always comes back to the over processing of food that makes it bad for you, and makes it totally destroy your metabolism and hormone balance in your body. For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains. Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from a high nutrient whole food like fruit. Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are THE worst thing in the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and so forth. The point is to not fall for some gimmick like low carbs, low fat, high protein, or any other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient vs. another. Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut an entire food group out just works against what your body needs.

Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. Don't count calories, it will drive you crazy. Just stop eating when your satisfied. You will get to where you want to be. You really have to want it, I did, and I'm at my goal weight now. Please check out my blog, I think you will enjoy the information and my weight loss story. The link is below and best of luck hon.

The only way I've been able to eat and lose weight, while not having to count calories or remember complicated rules is with a very low carb diet.

It works great. Some do have complicated rules, but not all.
