I was once 120 pounds because of starvation but now i am 180 because i started eating whatever & whenever. Anyways, i've done a lot of research to lose weight & keep it off. I just want to know if i will really lose weight.
I'm going to eat 25 carbs a day, from green, leafy, fibirious vegetables. I will only eat fish & chicken. Eat some eggs, but in proportions. I'm going to eat 5 small means a day, vegetables in two meals, fruit in one, and meat into three. I won't eat after 6PM. & I will consume 1501 Calories a day, 300 in each meal.
Give me your advice, please & thank you!

your plan will work in the abstract, though i wonder if you'll get tired of the limited selection of foods. you'll also have to reduce your calories when you get down around 150 to keep losing. other thoughts:

- is exercise part of your plan at all? it should be. you don't have to go crazy, but it'd be good to start moving and lifting heavy objects on a semi-regular basis.

- some may disagree, but i don't think you need to worry about eating after 6pm. it's not so much a question of when the food is consumed as how much and the quality of it. if you burn more than you consume (WHENEVER you consume it), you'll lose weight; if you burn less than you consume, you'll gain.

- you'll want to measure your portions (measuring spoons, cups, and even a scale can be super helpful) and track your intake with an online journal like fitday or livestrong.

- i also eat many meals a day (six, i guess), but they are not of equal size, and i wonder how well you'll do trying to eat 300 at all five of your meals. you may find it easier to have 2-3 bigger meals, with snacks in between. experiment and see what works for you.

good luck with your fitness project - change is possible!

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.

You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.

It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

I could expect so sure. On television suggests approximately weight reduction I have truthfully spotted that after they lose all in their extra weight , their palms have a tendency to look slimmer afterwards. It's in general simply fluid within the arms although , in summer time my arms swell up in view that of the warmth , however in wintry weather they move go into reverse to traditional .
