Is it bad if I poop a lot? I always had a fast metabolism, as well as eat a lot, Any time I see food I usually eat lol, I'm not fat, I actually work out a lot, and run a lot, But I'm 5'9-5'10 and weight about 135 and I'm a senior in high school (18). But I usually poop when I get home, sometimes when I get off work around 6/7 and after I do all of my work outs or done doing anything for the day I sometimes can poop again before. But I find myself sort of a healthy person, I love fruit and vegetables, ill choose fruits and vegetables over junk food any day, But I do eat what ever I can get my hands on at times. Is that bad as well? So basically my question is 1. is me pooping a lot bad? And 2. Is it bad that I eat how I do? Lol Thanks a lot ☺️
