To lose fat, there is one fundamental thing you must consider: the calories you are consuming must me less than the calories you are spending. There are two approaches to achieve this wilful unbalance, one focuses on the diet, and the other on the amount of exercise you make.
In respect to the exercise, you need to do high-impact cardio. That means doing cardiovascular exercises for a period of no less than 40 minutes a day, at high intensity (high intensity cardio is when you feel your heart speeding up significantly). Running 40 minutes a day would do the trick.
Then, there's the diet. Imagine you're consuming 3000 calories a day, but only spending 2000 calories a day. In this scenario, no matter the exercise you do, you'll still be consuming more than what you spend. Therefore, you must watch your diet, making sure you cut on fat and carbs.
Keep a high protein diet and consider replacing one or two meals for protein shakes. They have a complete nutritional profile, which means they'll give you all the nutrients you would find in a regular meal, but their protein/fat/carbs balance will help you lose fat.
