Question:
Need to lose weight/flatten belly?

I am 18 years old, 5'2 and about 115 pounds. I'm small and petite. I'm not like fat, but my belly has some extra flab that I don't want there. It's kind of always been there since I hit puberty, and it looks like I'll never be able to have a completely flat belly. :( But I don't know if that's true or not.

What can I do to flatten my belly?? Maybe lose a little weight?

I eat terribly. I am very picky and I am usually stressed out because I've overloaded my schedule with stuff.
I run track (but I don't dedicate myself to it), I work, and deal with double schooling and honors stuff.
So yes, stress plays a role in weight. I don't eat the best though. I usually drink soda, I usually eat fast food because I'm always on the run or when I'm at home I cook whatever is easiest like fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, top ramen, etc.
I do not eat fruit. I do not eat vegetables. The only think I drink besides soda is Orange Juice. I do not drink water. I eat a lot of meat I guess you could said. I love eggs and bread and stuff like that.

According to what I have said above, is there anything I can do to flatten my belly, maybe lose some weight? Even if you could give me a diet change according to what I said above. Tell me what I can and cannot eat and how much out of what I said. And some workout ideas. I'd like to flatten my belly before the end of April.

Thank you.

Belly fat is extremely stubborn and is usually the last fat to go.

For a flat belly you need avocados, berries, green tea, oatmeal and tomatoes.

First, stress. Its a butt kicker, especially school stress.

Deadlines suck ya?

Stop the noodles and doughy stuff, bread, mac n cheese, taco bell, all the carbs, pops with sugar , and so on, foofy coffee drinks, bye bye.

do eat friend chicken, its ok, no biscuts, no corn. Eat vegies, cooked, 1 cup a day, you pick the vegi. Broccoli is a great place to start, go from there. Eat more fresh fish, ( wild caught , never farm raised ) and eggs, stock the fridge with eggs and bacon. Bacon cooks in the micro for 2 mins until you like it. All the fat is drained off on the paper towels. Eat lean meats or any cold cut, but NO carbs.

NONE.

then you want to do crunches, and dance, if you have a bike, ride it instead of snack. You will find you will not crave any junk after the first week, Just snack on meats and vegies.

ONLY water, or tea or coffee without sugar. Sweet and low is the best non sugar sweetener.

maybe someone else will have a better routine for you exercise wise . Good luck to ya!

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be
