first you need to eat breakfast. then you need to exercise regularly. dont expect to just drop the weight. studies show that the average person can lose 1-2 real pounds(not water weight) in a week. so if you want to get back to 120 that might take you 7 weeks or longer. good things take time

They say no longer consuming would possibly not paintings in wasting weight due to the fact it does not paintings long term except you are mentally sick and starve your self for an increased interval of time. Those men and women are very in poor health and really very bad. Anorexia isn't attractive within the slightest - do not aspire to appear that approach! When a man or woman who does no longer have anorexia cuts energy to the severe, they'll absolutely drop some pounds - till they begin consuming once more. Many men and women believe that they vitamin, drop some pounds, after which they are able to return to consuming like they used to. That's no longer the way it works. Starving your self makes your metabolism move down the bathroom. Your frame will get used not to being fed, so it feeds off of your fats shops. When you're taking meals into your frame, your sluggish metabolism are not able to maintain up and also you finally reap all of the weight you misplaced again in part the time. The fine technique to drop some pounds is to readily devour healthful and activity. Never move beneath 1200 energy in line with day and do half-hour of aerobic three-five days every week. Yes, the load will come off slower, however it's going to keep off! You have to difference your conduct with a purpose to preserve weight reduction, in any other case it's going to be a on no account finishing cycle of wasting and gaining again. Starving your self readily does not paintings. It works for anorexics due to the fact they've a extreme intellectual ailment.

I wish you women would quit being so obsessive about your weight and when you DO diet you don't diet correctly. The reason you are not losing weight is because your body actually does THINK it's starving. You are NOT getting all the nutrients you need with just fruits and water. Try the Diabetic Diet. It is almost identical to the Weight Watchers diet and you will get everything your body needs to function properly and burn calories. What you are doing is trying to rush weight loss and in the process your body is saying "Whoa....hold on there. I need to store even MORE fat because it looks like she's starving me". Here is the link to the Diabetic Diet. Follow it and I would almost guarantee that you will lose 5 pounds the first week. And PLEASE...chill out.

If you arre starving yourself then you will not lose weight all you will lose is muscle tone and that will eventually make you get weak and then you will get sick. What you are eating is keeping you going from day to day. You weight is fine anyhow...so what your pants dont fit you then i guess it i time for new clothes... You probably look better now since you put soem weight on than what you did before because 120 is a bit crazy being 5'6''

you need to add protein to your diet to lose weight. Protein is the building block of the body and without it your body goes into starvation mode and holds on to every calorie you consume. that's why you're not losing weight.

Eat a poached egg, chicken without skin, turkey, fresh fish, and tofu. All of these are needed by your body so that it will not feel it's being starved.

Do not give up. once your body understands it's not being starved the weight will come off.

Their are a couple things you are doing wrong here if you want to lose weight. First you need to try and mange all your stress. When your body is under stress is realeses a hormone called cortisol which causes you to store fat so you could be doing everything else right but ight be under to much stress. 2nd you need to change your diet a little. Believe it or not you need to eat to lose weight. Yes I said it. If you don't eatyou slow down your metabolism which can stunt your weight lose. and another thing is that the low carb diet sets you up to fail. You lose weight but it slows your metabolism a lot and causes you to gain weight back after you lose it. Not to mention fruit is carbs. But if you really want to lose weight give this a try. Eat five small meals a day and fill them with healthy friuts and veggies and as little refined carbs as possible. You shouldn't skip carbs completely you should just eat the riight ones like complex carbs and natural sugars from fruit. You can also help jumpstart your metabolism by eating protein in te morning- Yogurt eggs things like that. most impotantly try something to lower the stress level. that should help alot

If your starving yourself thats the reason why your not losing weight. You should find out your bmr and take 500 calories off of that to lose about 1 pound a week. Keep doing your workout you will eventually beat it.

First of all in the real world your weight is not gross for your height so don't get upset over it. Do you have a life threatening disease like so many have? I don't think so, so let's put hings into perspective. If you are eating lots of fruits veggies and whole grains you will be getting good and sufficient nutrition, couple that with some good regular exercise and over time yes you will lose weight. It will come off slow but it will have a tendency to stay off. Don't despair it takes time, and hey, give thanks to God for what you do have and don't worry about what you don't have. Give it a shot I know it can work, Cheers!

You are not loosing weight because your body metabolism is use to the amount you are eating now. Fruit is very high in calories and sugar. Try eating some fibre, like greens in salad. You are probably depressed because your body is not getting proper nurishment. Salads can be so easy and add some tuna or salmon( in water not oil). You need 3 meals a day. Starving yourself is not the answer.

don't starve yourself then. when you don't eat your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto all the fats. meaning that when you eventually start eating again, you will put on twice as much weight. try eating healthy balanced meals instead and drinking plenty of water whilst exercising. if you don't eat your carbs you won't have any energy and not eating anything that contains protein will leave you constipated. you need to at a mixture of everything to help you lose weight as healthy meals leave you full up meaning you wont snack as much.

hope this helps <3

Your depression won't help you lose weight. Mood has a lot to do with weight loss. If you are stressed out about your weight then it will be harder for you to lose it. Also, make sure you are eating breakfast instead of just eating. And I would double check with your doctor to make sure there is nothing out of whack with your thyroid. Problems with the thyroid can really slow down your metabolism.

Don't forget also,if your working out a lot, muscle will add weight.

You're not eating enough.

When you stop eating the right food your body goes into 'famine mode'. It automatically detects you're not taking in enough and so stores what you do take in as fat until the 'famine' passes.

When losing weight you have to work WITH your body, not against it. Feed it, nurture it and it will respond positively.

first, take a deep breath, okay!! i am 5'2 and weigh 123 lbs. and i still look okay. :) alright, do not cry... crying is useless. if ya want to lose weight, do it slowly. you will make it. i am sure you will. alright, first, set up healthy menu for yourself every day! remember: DO NOT SKIP MEALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) it will not help you to lose weight. i did that and just realized that i pigged out the very next day. so, for me, i always get bread, milk, boiled egg for breakfast and sometimes plus a glass of fresh juice. for lunch, i eat regularly. sometimes bread with veggies and fruits. then for dinner, i have veggies or soup and fruit and sometimes low fat milk and coffee. i am doing fine so far. i do cardio for one hour almost every day. if you havent started to work out, start it from today :P so, dont cry, okay? good luck! maybe you are interested in yoga or pilates? you may try them too.

If you just starve yourself your body will go into starvation mode and it will try to conserve any fat stores you have to basically aid survival. You have to eat regularly - healthy balanced meals e.g. cereal / wholemeal toast in mornings, healthy sandwich for lunch and a healthy dinner e.g. fish, chicken and lots of fruit and veg. Do this and keep your excercise up and you will notice a difference.

Carbs are not necessarily bad for you. Check out my weight loss program. Maybe this will clear some things up for you. Good Luck!

Here's a serious answer. I hope it helps.

*If want to get fit and/or lose weight, here's my Weight Loss Program through Body Building and Nutrition. It works! First, don't Use Diet Pills. They are bad for you. Most of them are just a scam or they are addictive. Counting calories is a pain in the neck. It will drive you nuts. But, losing weight is simple. You just have to do the right things.

*(If you are older and have not exercised in many years you should see your doctor and have a stress test done to be sure your heart is ok before starting this program. Also, walking eveyday is a good lifelong practice.)

*Fad diets sometimes work but, you can be sure that at least 25% of the weight you lose will be muscle. Then when you stop the diet you will gain back all of the weight you lost but no muscle. So, you will have 25% more fat than you did before! Fad diets just aren't worth the bother.

*Fasting or skipping meals will teach your body that famine is common in your world and your body will begin to store more fat to get you through the next period when food is not available. It's better to eat healthy foods often to teach your body that food is plentiful and that there is no need to store calories as fat. Eat a vegetablw or frui every two hours.

*Here's a simple trick that can help you lose weight without doing anything else. Drink a litre of water as soon as you wake up in the morning and then drink two more throughout the day. You'll notice a difference the first month.

*Here's another trick that works. For every pound of muscle that you add, your body will burn 3000 calories (1lb) of fat every day. That means that just by having an extra pound of muscle on your body you will burn a pound of fat every day! So, add muscle!

*This is the fastest way to add a pound of muscle. Squats and Pushups! You do them on alternate days; squats one day, pushups the next. And you do them SuperSlow style. That is, you do the easy part twice as slow as the hard part. That way you fatigue the muscles quickly. Then you rest the muscles for 48 hours which gives the body a chance to make new muscles.

*Squats should be done with a wide stance and all the way to the floor. Pushups the with palms shoulder width apart and all the way to the floor, then all the way up. Use the full range of motion of the muscle group you are trying to develop. If you are too weak to do pushups, try them with your knees on the floor or do them with your feet on the floor and your hands an the bed.

*The idea is to tire the muscles out completely so do a set of squats until you can't do another, then rest for a couple of minutes and do it again. Do that 3 times and you're done for the day. The following day, don't do squats but do pushups. Do them the same way, going down twice as slow as you come up.

*You will lose weight fast, unless you add more junk food and fat to your diet. Instead, eat at least 5 to 7 different raw vegetables and fruits every day. Cut out anything that comes in a bag, box, can, bottle or any kind of package. In other words, cut out all processed foods, soft drinks and sweets. Eat more grains and less red meat. Check out the Food Pyramid.

*If you really want to give your body the best possible chance to be healthy and fat free, go to infinity2.com and order their weight loss formula and Essentials for Life. That will give you all the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and probiotics that your body needs and will keep you feeling better and healthier. They also have a Proteabolic Mass Formula for serious athletes who want to build muscle mass quickly and safely.

*Weight loss without exercise is not good. You need to eat healthy, exercise and get your rest. You will feel better, look better and be healthier. Try it for a week. You will notice a difference. You will feel better and that will motivate you to continue.

*Losing weight only in specific areas of the body is impossible. You can't just lose weight around the belly, for instance. So, if you want tight, rippled abs, do crunches and leg raises every other day the way I described above.

*One last point, stretching is essential for a number of reasons. Pick up a copy of ''Stretching'' by Bob Anderson. Read the intro and understand his reasoning before you do the exercisis. Good luck!

*This information is based on my personal and professional experience.

i think i read in Reader's Digest about a disease that makes you fat. i don't know what it's called, but you should definitely talk to your doctor if it's affecting you this much...evn if it's just for anti-deppressants.
