Ive been on a healthy eating programme, counting calories, portion control and good exercise routine. I have lost 2 stone in around 3 1/2 months and down to 8 1/2 stone but want to get to 8 stone, i have always done well & followed my programme, But im getting bored now, especially with my exercises, i dont know what different ones to do, i currently do les mills body attack, pilates, tae bo and cardio. Im also getting cravings for food and keep eating more foods than usual (Although mainly healthy/low fat & calories), can anyone help or suggest please? thanks.

Find a hobby! It'll keep your mind off it.

Well, for one, getting married shouldn't be the only reason why you want to lose weight. What about your health, your beauty, etc? You sound like a bridezilla. Anyway, just tune your TV to FitTv, the exercise channel. I've been following along with their programs all summer long and I've never looked so good. I didn't need to lose weight though, but still. Anyway, you know how to lose weight. You exercise. It doesn't even matter what exercise you do, just get up and do it. A way to kick your cravings is to eat crunchy, healthy things, like broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and low-fat dip or dressing, or apples and peanut butter, etc. Anything crunchy, like plain popcorn. Crunchy foods kill snack-time cravings. And never eat out at a fast food restaurant, ever, again in your life. Never.
