Dark Chocolate Good for You?

I heard that dark chocolate is supposed to be good for you.

But is it just for adults? Or for growing teenagers too? I mean, if consumed moderatly.

yeah because it has antioxidants in it

In one way its good because its got a higher cocoa percentage so you don't have to eat as much to get your chocolate fix.
