DEADLY Junk Food Addiction???

I cannot go a few hours without desperately craving junk food.

Smooth, velvety, firm, buttery milk chocolate delicately enveloping a cascade of warming, salty peanut butter filling with just a hint of bite, both of which melt and caress my tastebuds... (Reese's Peanut Butter Cups)

The wafer thin crispy, lightly browned layer of a french fry that, when bitten, explodes to reveal a rich, buttery, aromatic soul food sensation... (Burger King fries)

I just taste foods SO intensely, and my taste buds are so deprived unless I am getting full off of junk food.

This is a problem though, because even though I'm technically "skinny" now, I won't be if I keep eating junk constantly.

Fruits and vegetables are just too "dry", astringent, and...uncomforting for my tastes. I eat them anyway for fiber, and I eat protein, I seem to "need" junk food.

How can I kick this habit?

my brother is just like u!!! he eats a lot of junk and a small serving of a meal.he goes out with his friends a lot and never asks for a ride,unless it's really far away.his high school is about 1/3 of a mile away,but almost always walks.he's in good shape and so can you.good luck and try your best.

Well, there are lot's of alternatives to those that you listed. Instead of a "Velvety, firm, buttery milk chocolate bar" try a caramilk thin bar. 100 calories and you can kick that craving for the day.

Just try looking for the "Sensible solution" mark on boxes of food at the super market, and instead of having icecream choose frozen yogurt. Same taste in my opinion, but less fat. Win-win situation I say. :)

i think of it is in elementary terms a piece of your existence. i used to be obesessed approximately nutrition too particularly cakes and all that junk. You dont hav to totally stay away from junk nutrition. you may advantages your self with some cravings each and every now and then and slowly decrease on the intake. If u experience great uncontrollable, then i advise u tell somebody approximately it and get scientific care or sth. otherwise, distract your self, circulate out with people, save doing particularly exciting stuff different than eating and u could only forget approximately approximately nutrition.

well if fruits are too dry try grapes they are really good an jucy and dont take your self off of it compleetly start with switching little things around untill you start eating fruits and vegetables all the time then you will crave them and if you have to have an intervention take out all the junk in the house and have your mom or dad put i some where that you cant find it
