How many calories a day should i eat? How long should i work out? Are there any diet pills that work? I'm not happy with myself and i need to know ways to loose the weight fast...

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Control your calorie intake. Anywhere between 1200 and 2000 calories is OK as long as there calories from good sources. Try to eat low fat and low salt foods and try to cut out sugar altogether if possible (not including sugar from fruits). Avoid junk food and eat lots of fruit and veg.
The main way to lose weight is to exercise. Doing 30 mins of carviovascular exercise 3-4 times a week is a good way to start losing weight. Working out or playing sports is also assists weight loss!

Join sparkpeople. It's a fun and free website that I recently joined that has helped me stay on track to losing my babyweight. I like that it helps you figure out what to eat and how much you should exercise. You start off with small goals and work your way up so that it is more realistic. Diet pills won't work because you can't take them forever and the weight will come back on and you will be more depressed. Believe me, I've been there. Well just reduce the amount you eat and take regular exercise. There isn't a specific amount of exercise or food to eat, but you should just cut down and exercise.
Try going to a gym, you can meet new people who are in the same situation as you :) (and loose wight :p)

Eat anywhere from 1000-1500 healthy calories, dont want to starve yourself. Diet pills in my oppinion aren't too healthy, but to lose weight you need to burn off fat, run, exercise, so some sit ups.

Any kind of excersize can help you lose weight. Cardiovascular excersizes such as running as such is the best, because it burns fat, and it doesn't create as much muscle (which weighs something, more than fat), infact running is known as burning some muscle also. Diet pills would probably enhance body fat loss, and so should green tea.

try taking 1 bronkaid (asthma medicine w/ 25mg ephedrine), 1 200mg caffeine pill and 81 or 325mg aspirin together 2-3 times a day. it's called an eca stack (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin). i got all 3 at cvs. it works really well when you cycle them 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off (taking benadryl on the off weeks can "reset" the receptors more quickly). and i also cycle clenbuterol. diet pills in stores are useless.

Weight Watchers!!! It's great they change the howl way you look at food. And they distill a healthy active way that isn't harmful to you. I've been on it for ten weeks and I lost over twenty five pounds.

try to control what u eat, eat lots of fruits n vegitables n some carbs to keep u full..remember not to skip meals, drink lots of water, exercise at least an hour a day..I would perfer dancing
