Many say its 25 but I have noticed people doing world records in 27

Good observation,but plz let me explain-

1) max physical strenght is between 20-30 yrs,but mind is not that sincere at that age as we have many distractions,eg affair,etc.

2)between 30-35 plus minus two ,three ( 28 --37) ur mental strength increases i.e. we think that yaa I have to prove myself,plus u learn frm ur earlier experinces( i hope so) therefore MANY records r made in this age.. I HAVE 2 examples 4 that--

1) SACHIN TENDULKAR see since he was struggling between ages of 26-30 ( not very exact),he decided to just play TESTS & no to ONE DAYS& T-20s & see in 2010 he hit max test centuries..

2) MICHEL PHELPS swimmer frm USA he is BREAKING records at the age of 18-20 yrs, now lets see in future weather he improves or ....????

id say its around there

seems the older i get, the easier strength comes

cant even imagine what id be doing at 25(im 19)
