I have problems losing weight and need some advice.

I have a hard time sticking to any sort of diet and I tend to binge eat when I'm bored. I have no excersise routine set up and I have no idea what I should be doing or any ideas that would help me stick to it. Does anyone know any good websites that help you plan this or gyms that are helpful?

I would recommend keeping yourself occupied during your down time, so as to not get bored and binge eat. As for an exercise routine, try and choose activities that you enjoy, so you are more likely to stick with it once you start.



One website that I enjoy is www.runnersworld.com. There are many articles to read, as well as different tools to help record workouts, set up a workout schedule, etc. Otherwise, just do some searching, and you should be able to find something.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Drink a full glass BEFORE you eat anything else as well.

www.extrapounds.com is motivating and you can set goals, chat, it will chart your progress. It also has tools for u to check what weight you should be at.

find a sport you enjoy doing and do lots of it swiming is good because it excersises all the important muscles in your body dont worry too much about a diet just eat in a balanced way and find a sport. im a guy but this helps me.

Start with jumping jacks intill you get out of lazy mode. Then start running 1 mile 6 times a week. Then work on the areas that bother you. example: stomach-sit ups.. You work out you can still be able to eat chocalate 3 times a week.

you dont need a website best thing to do is go talk to a dieticans back in april that what i did and she put on a good progam and so far i lost about 60lbs, alot of these websites are just scam so you buy there product. i use to eat when i was bored to and that was probbaly the hardest thing to break it took about 3 months to stop eating when i was bored. the best thing to do is find something you like to do and do it. personaly i walk and listen to my music early in the morning and its kinda like im in my own little world.

You are what you eat.your binge eating because you starve yourself then eat.Eat healthier and at more times,snack on veggies with fruit stop with fast food and candy,Replace your boredom with movement stop using food as some thing to do
