Question:
Am i eating healthy and low enough to lose weight?

I'm female, 5ft 2", 22yrs & 144lbs
My goal is 110lbs

This is what i usually eat on a daily basis:

Breakfast: Egg in a hole & a smoothie
- 1 slice kingsmill 50/50 bread - 1 egg - 1/2 tsp clover lighter butter
- 250ml innocent strawberry & banana smoothie

Lunch: Cheese on toast
- 1 slice kingsmill 50/50 bread - 1 slice cathedral city light cheese - 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup.

Dinner:
- Steamed fish or Grilled chicken
- Asparagus or Broccoli
- 3/4 cup cooked brown rice
& 250ml skimmed milk

I drink 1L water a day
I exercise everyday if possible for 1 hour

Of each and every thing you listed those are the products that are loaded with sugar (or are metabolized as glucose/galactose/fructose/lactose): - oatmeal - skimmed milk - banana - orange juice - spaghetti - bread - mashed potato - peas each and each of those have greater sugar than the sugar you put in your tea. Skimmed milk and orange juice have greater sugar than an identical quantity of coca cola! If I have been you i might drop all of those and upload greater vegetables to your nutrition habitual with some sturdy fat for power. you will shed extra pounds plenty swifter in case you administration your blood sugar point.
