Weigh urself.................. buy the weightwatcher foods from supermarket and only allow urself 20 points a day (the meals snacks and treats on the weightwatcher foods all have pointd on them.) I struggled to eat 20 points a day as there are loads of food but i stuck to it and forced mysef to eat it................a month later i lost 8 pounds without even being hungry!!

YES! It works! I started in Oct 2005 weighing in at 198#. I reached my goal July 2006 - 150#. I have been able to maintain my weight loss since then. I stay between 145 and 150#. You should try this program. It is the BEST!!!

Yes, I still go to the meetings weekly and now I only have to weigh in monthly.

NO, no, no they do NOT measure you. They do weigh you, but no one can see or hear what you weigh. It is very personal.

The best thing about Weight Watchers is that they teach you what to eat, the correct portions, and how to eat (even when you are at a restaurant). The meetings give you the support and encouragement to keep on! You can choose which program works for you. There is so much information available at the meetings to help you. Everyone that is there is struggling just like you.

The group meeting that I go to is like a group of friends getting together to celebrate weigh loss with each other. We have struggled together and rejoiced together. Now we share our family needs along with our recipes.

I don't think the cost (about $40/month) is bad. You get on line resources as well. You have to find a group you feel comfortable with. The leader of the meeting is your make or break point. I went to one meeting where the leader made me think of my mother preaching at me - but others there loved her - so check out more than one meeting.

Good luck! You sound like you are ready to start

off on the right foot. Don't give up. You'll be so surprised when the weight starts to go. I went from a size 22 (elastic-waist pull on) pants down to a size 10 jeans. So I know that this program works.

Try it out. The only thing you have to loose is weight.

I've done Weight Watchers and honestly, I lost more weight when I did it on my own than when I went to the meetings. The meetings are motivational though. When I was weighed, only you and one or two of the workers saw your weight, not the other pariticipants.

I would suggest you get the books (the big ones) and do it by yourself first. If you need the meetings then go to them or try one out for free.

It will work if you faithfully stick to it and make sure you get in your vegetables and water. It's not a diet, it's a life change. You will be kind of hungry when you first start until your body gets used to you taking in less calories.

My parents do it, my dad lost 65lbs. which was great. You just got to stay with it. They liked the fact that the food was real n not in little tiny boxes or frozen like Jenny Craig. You can eat out at restaurants n everything so you're not trapped. I think it's the most logical diet plan, umm I know that you go into the place for meetings n talk n weigh in. They don't read off your weight, I'm pretty sure that only you n the weigher get to see it. Teaches you portions basically.

I joined online and lost what I wanted to in a very short (but safe) time period. I didn't have to attend meetings. I didn't have to get weighed in front of a group. I also save 25% off my first three months using the coupon on the site link below...

Go for it!

hi i'm at present on weightwatchers.i'm doing it on line as my existence is rather busy with 3 little ones so i've got faith i'm able to slot in like this. I even have finished the conferences and that i've got faith it is extra useful.the clarification I say it somewhat is that i've got faith satisfied whilst i'm congratulated each and every week i've got faith supported etc..Dont be placed off by utilising conferences, the chief won't in any respect ever circulate mad at you if case in point you won..additionally no person else sees something, the scales are discreet, your chief can in basic terms see how lots you weigh and then will consult from you devoid of absolutely everyone listening to. i've got faith the assembly grants extra incentive to purpose and lose that week and likewise you do get help so please dont sense annoying in going!!! i desire this helped..good success & terrific needs
