Do those adios diet pills work?

i really want to lose about 10lbs, i have been exercising nearly everyday for about 45 mins and eating healthily but nothing seems to be working i have lost about a pound and tbh....i was expecting a better result because i have been doing this for about 6 weeks.
i was jw whether those adios pills or any diet pills worked to speed up your metabolism?
any suggestions will be very helpful

Hey, first off you're doing the right thing with the exercise, well done. The adios pills work by speeding up your metabolism, so say you walked for one hour, it would be more like one hour 20minutes. They boost it by around 15% which is not a lot for the price of them. Adios max are better.



Unless you exercise with them you will NOT lose weight. Combine exercise with a good diet you probably will lose this weight. They won't suppress your appetite, and they won't make you lose weight on it's on.

Nope.



Most diet pills are thermobol's, they make your liver work harder to raise your body temperature. It's supposed to make you burn more calories generating more heat.



Spend the money on a pair of trainers and go for a jog round the park it will be far more effective.

Apparently you just the runs.....

I've read aload of reveiws on them coz I was considering giving them a go but honestly, they don't sound worth it.



Just diet and exercise and you'll be fine =)
