I want to gain mostly pure muscle. I was wondering if things like NO EXPLODE helps with muscle gains. I know it increases blood flow, but does that overtime, stretch your muscles to a bigger size? Also, what are good food and supplements to pack on pounds of rock hard muscle? I want muscle only though, because I want to maintain or even better my abs. Also any recommended workouts that can help with putting on muscle mass? Or any workouts that work on the "V" on your stomach(abs)?

Intense period of increased intake of carbohydrates. It's called bulking, and you WILL get big(if done correctly). You will also put on a lot of fat, but it is necessary to get fat to gain muscle.(unless you're new to this, which you have not stated in your question details)

Why don't you start by giving us the basic information that we need? What do you eat and how many calories of it?

Generally you just bulk to gain weight, so you shouldn't need to put any other information, and this works with everybody. So I don't care about your height and/or weight.

With supplements, gainers can seriously put some serious mass on you. There are plenty of carbohydrates packed in gainers, and they taste a lot better than pure protein shakes(probably because of the carbohydrates). You WILL get big with gainers, and they will make sure you're getting a calorie increase over your current diet plan. Keep eating big, and supplement with gainers.

Creatine helps with bloat, and size, as well. Bloat makes you a bit stronger, and it's recommended by Dave Tate to actually bloat up before a bench press strength test.

Noxplode doesn't do anything for you. most supplements are pure garbage. If you want any kind of supplement get a nice simple whey powder.

And if you want to get huge and strong:

Drink a GALLON of WHOLE milk a day. Eat plenty of eggs, lean ground beef (or other red meat), tuna, almonds, walnuts, whole-wheat pasta, multigrain bread, beans of all sorts, and plenty of raw vegetables and fruits to balance it out. You should be eating a meal every 2-3 hours and consuming between 2000-4000 calories a day. Also make sure you are getting no less then 6 hours of sleep a night.

Get a workout that looks like this, and make sure you start with a fairly heavy weight 75-100 lbs and make sure to rest at least 2 minutes between working sets (not warm up sets):

Workout A:

Squats 3 sets of 5

Bench press 3 sets of 5

Dead lift 1 sets of 5

Workout B:

Squats 3 sets of 5

Shoulder press 3 sets of 5

Power Cleans 5 sets of 3

Alternate every other day (EX: Monday – workout A, Wednesday - workout B, Friday - workout A. Next Week: Monday - workout B, Wednesday – workout A, Friday – workout A. Etc.) Add 5 lbs everyday (10 lbs to dead lifts).

You should warm up for each lift like this:

2 sets of 5 with just the bar

1 set of 5 with 25% of the weight

1 set of 3 with 50% of the weight

1 set of 2 with 75% of the weight

You can add dips to the workout if you also want prettier arms.

It's almost impossible to put on ONLY muscle just by definition.. To lose fat you need under your calorie maintenance, but to gain muscle you need over. You're going to gain fat with the muscle.. That's why everyone bulks first then cuts after. If I were you I wouldn't worry about losing your 6 pack if you really want to pack on muscle.

Anyway, as for NO Xplode.. I've tried it and it didn't really do as much for me.. I'd recommend giving Jack3d a shot. It's got much better ingredience AND it's cheaper. It's the same sort of deal. Yes, the increases vascularity will help you gain muscle faster. And it will give you energy to workout harder and push your body to the limits.

If you're really serious about it, your diet is the most important part. I don't know what it looks like now. But in order to gain muscle and minimize fat you need to eat MORE, but healthier. Cutting out soda/processed food. Eating lots of small meals (around 400-500 calories each, depending on your current weight.)

As for supplements, I've tried pretty much everything. Depending on your money situation I'd recommend.

1) Kre-Alkalyne Creatine preworkout and morning

2) Whey protein after workouts (you can buy in bulk for discount prices online)

3) Opti-Men multi vitamin. Take 3 times a day.. Twice with a meal and once post workout.

4) Jack3d as I mentioned earlier.

5) Fish oil pills

Those are the most important and effective in my experience.. If you have any questions feel free to shoot me a message. Good luck!

If you're aiming for muscle mass, incorporate squats, bench presses, and deadlifts into your workout. Squats and deadlifts will give you plenty of ab work too. Lat pulls and barbell rows will give you that V-shape you're looking for. Also, make sure you eat well. Don't eat as a pig, but eat well and eat often.

well eat more lean protein, complex carbs/vegetables/fruits, and lean fats. also take a multivitamin. balance your carb to protein ratio 2-4g of carbs for every 1g protein. and fat don't go over 21-25g a day if you want lean lean mass.

blood circulation just helps nutrients get to the muscle therefore offering faster, better muscle recovery and growth.

also drink plenty of water it helps build muscle since like 80% of muscle is water.
