There are 2 way to achieve this :

A. Anorexic-hard core diet way

Keep yourself busy, always have something to do.

1. here is a trick, always try to wear sexy, fit into your body clothes and find the smallest, tightest you can just barely fit into especially around the waistline, jeans will work best for this, but not the stretch one (even if you have to lie down or ask someone to help you pull the zip :p). To push the body more wear a corset. Keep everything wrap your body so tight that only leave you enough room to breath an bend. Those tight clothes will "press" your tummy back, it will remind you not to eat, and even if you eat it wont allow you to eat much.

If you fell that those tight clothes make you look like a sausage, wear a loose jacket or sweatshirt on top of it.

2. Drink a lot of plain water (at least 3Lt a day) a big glass of water before eating will fill you enough you don't have less space to put your food into, especially if you have done no.1

you should not want to stop eating today. If you are wanting to diet, than you can eat raw vegetables. No calories in most of them. However, don't do that for very long. Your body also needs proteins, carbs, fruits to maintain a healthy balance.

Drink. Often our body confuses thirst for hunger and replacing this with water (up to 2 litres a day) can help. If its a weight loss thing then eat celery (it is almost all water) and your body will consume more calaries digesting it than the celery actually has.

Don't totally stop eating, eat light. But when inapropriate cravings hit, KEEP BUSY!!! clean, get online and chat, walk the dog, do laundry/dishes, play with kids/siblings, draw, doodle, get on the phone..... whatever works.

that's how i quit smoking and that was a 22 year addiction.

working that way, i quit smoking and lost weight at the same time (fifteen pounds too)

Find other things to do that will occupy your mind. I find that going out and helping others is great, drink a cup of water when you think of food, it helps heaps, as hunger is often only thirst in disguise.



If you are needing to lose weight, or find yourself overeating, I have found real help in praying and claiming a promise found in the Bible. You don't have to know how to pray, just ask God to help you, and don't worry how bad you think you are, God loves to help bad people too!



After praying for help, quote a text such as 1 Corinthians 10:31, whatever you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

Another text is: Jude 24 Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless...

Ephesians 3:20 Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think. (that's powerful)

why would you want to stop yourself from eating today? that is unhealthy and your body will think you're starving and hold on to the extra weight anyway, a good way to lose weight is to exercise because your body has no choice but to get rid of excess fat

you should never try to stop eating just portion the things you eat and only eat fatty or junk food on weekends and be happy with yourself first and always because nobody can make you more happier than yourself

if you want to stop eating... dont. when you are hungry sometimes if you drink water you wont be hungry becasue your body mistakes hunger for thirst. also if you are still hungry eat an apple or a diff. fruit. dont stop eating

sleep. go shopping and bring tons of money for youself and when you think you are tempted to buy food, go blow all of it on a $150 dollar skirt instead
