The only "easy ways" are by taking diet pills, but this could be very hazardous to your health and there are several risks in taking it. Plus, it really harms your body to lose weight that quickly The most amount of weight you can lose the healthy way is 1-2 pounds a week after your first week. During the first week you could lose several pounds due to water weight.

The right way is to diet and exercise, don't starve yourself. If you starve yourself you'll gain all of it back and more when you start eating again. The way to diet is to eat healthy foods: fruit, whole grain bread instead of white bread, lean meat, only water, veggies, no junk food. Be sure to get a lot of fiber and protein in your diet. Furthermore, you have to consume less calories than your daily recommended caloric intake. Let's say you're supposed to consume 2000 calories a day, if you lowered it to 1500 calories a day, you would lose 1 pound a week. Now if you combine that with exercise (cardio) and you burn 500 calories at the gym everyday, you would lose 2 pounds a week.

Why? Because you would have a 1000 calorie deficit and 1 pound of fat is 3500 calories. So 1000 calorie deficit x 7 days would give you 7000 calories and divide it by the number of calories in a single pound of fat, 3500, and you get 2 pounds a week. This is how you lose weight. I recommend you try it instead of going about it the easy way. Nothing in life is easy, especially when it comes to something that you were in control over and could of easily stopped.

There is no easy way to lose weight. I can tell you the healthy way. This way is proven to work as long as you work diligently at it and don't give up so easily because you don't see any results after a couple of workouts. You may not want to hear this but it's true. Exercise and dieting. I don't mean some impossible diet that not even the most discipline person couldn't do. I mean simply cutting a few calories, laying off the soda because they are loaded with calories and sugar which only turns to fat. Start baking instead of frying. Cook veggies as your side dishes but don't add butter. Eat 5 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going. When you buy chips, buy the baked ones. If you by cookies or cakes buy the 100 calorie ones. Start taking a brisk walk for 30 minutes a day, increasing to a power walk, and eventually working your way up to jogging. Jogging is where you will lose the most weight.

I know this sounds hard, but really isn't. It just takes some getting use to. Exercising is actually really fun and you gain a lot of energy from it. Plus your creating a healthy "YOU". Good Luck :)

I don't know what the easy way is, but I do know a way to start, which takes self-control and discipline:

There is no one thing that is going to lose excess weight. But, there are a number of things that you can do in combination.

First, make sure you aren't just focusing on cardio. Add some light weight/resistance training to your routine - just twice a week. The best type is to do combination exercises (also known as multi-joint exercises). Make sure you do enough exercises to hit all major muscle groups. Upper body (arms, chest, back), core (abs and back), and lower (quads, hamstrings, calves). A good link to look at is http://askthetrainer.com/best-exercises-for-women.html.

In addition, on the same days as but after the resistance exercises, do 20 minutes of interval training (also known as burst training). Try this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ym7d2MzZ96I. It gives you an idea how to start. Remember, it doesn't have to be running, it can be jumping rope or anything that gets your heart up fast! (Each person's level is different, for some it may be walking fast.) On days not weight and interval training, keep up a good running, jogging or walking program.

Third, check your diet. Eat fiber, raw vegetables, berries, nuts, and protein. Avoid pasta, most bread, commercial cereals, sodas, and packaged goodies, including cookies, cakes, pies, crackers, and desserts. Drink lots of water. http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/fat-burning-food.html

I am sure you'll see the results you want in the shortest amount of time just doing these things.

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.

You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.

It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

A great way to lose weight is to eat a healthy balanced diet and exercise 30 minutes a day, or at least 3 times / week. Staying away from fast food and junk foods and eating more fruits and veggies will help slim your waist line. Also, consulting a nutritionist will help create a meal plan that is the best for you.

Here's some of my favorite items to purchase at the store:

green leaf lettuce, bananas, baby carrots, any other fruits or veggies that are on sale, low fat cheese, eggs, (lots of eggs, i mostly eat just the whites), kefir, low fat yogurt, cottage cheese, milled flax seed, skim milk, corn flakes, granola, vegetable juice, canned tuna, 100% whole wheat bread, lean beef, turkey, pork, and fish (when I really wanna spoil myself I'll pick up a salmon fillet and bake it mmmm)

You can check comprehensive fitness DVD programs or ebooks / magazines on healthy diets on sites like http://bodytrainings.com/ . Information is power, so use it wisely! Sport can be fun when you're doing a dance routine for example (see Ministry Of Sound – Pump It Up) or learning belly dancing. Or maybe yoga or stretching... Tons of possibilities :)

Cheers and stay strong! I know losing weight can be tough!

Cut out soda...completely!! You'd be amazed how many calories we consume just from drinking Coke. I lost 10 pounds in a month just by switching to water. Next, start walking. Walking is low impact and won't kill your joints. Because of your size you can burn up to 6 calories a minute just from walking. Start walking atleast 30 minutes a day or more, but atleast 30. Buy a hula hoop. Hula hooping burns 100 calories every 10 minutes of hooping and it works you core muscles. If you like watching tv, hula hoop during the commercials. This is approximately 22 minutes an hour. Plus it's fun.

Well, I'm sorry, there's really no "easy way" to lose weight. You have to work for it. Exercise and a proper diet is the only way to successfully lose weight and keep it off.

Diet is key, go back to basic food, food's that one have one ingredient i.e oats, fruit. Dont eat processed crap. Be positive and you didn't put the weight on over night so you wont lose it over night. Exercise is key, once you get into a routine you'll feel great.

Hey :) I just found this awesome article on "the science behind weight loss". I got it from dietnation.com but I'll paste it here to save you the trouble:

"Your body needs a certain amount of calories each day to maintain performance of normal activities, such as walking, breathing, sleeping, and thinking. Depending on your size, your body will require a different amount of calories each day.

On the flip side, if you eat too few calories your body will think its starving. This phenomenon goes back to the days of the caveman, when cave people weren’t really sure when or where they would find their next meal. The body learned to store excess calories as fat for future use. Well, we no longer live like that as we, fortunately and unfortunately, have unlimited access to food thanks to modern conveniences. What this means is, if you’re not eating enough calories your body will store the calories it does get as fat rather than trying to burn those calories. That sounds counterproductive, and it is. That’s why it’s important to feed your body regularly with the right amount of calories from the right sources.

One pound of fat equals about 3500 calories of stored energy. To lose weight you need to eat fewer calories each day or get your butt to the gym and burn off those calories. It’s that easy - you don’t need to be a mathematician to lose weight, you just need to start taking a look at some of your daily habits. Losing weight could mean shaving an extra 250-500 calories off your daily intake. Start your morning with a tall latte? Just one Vanilla Latte could pack an extra 250+ calories onto your daily caloric intake. By simply substituting your latte with regular coffee or green tea you could reduce your caloric intake substantially. If you want to try more exercise, calorie-burning activities such as walking to work, going for a jog with a friend, or taking the kids on a bike ride are all fun and easy ways to increase your daily activity level.

It is also important to remember that you need to eat the right calories from the right sources to lose weight and to maintain your weight loss. A meal of jelly beans and ding dongs that equals your daily caloric needs will not help you lose weight because these types of food are not nutrient sources that your body can use efficiently.

Eating right is a vital component of any weight loss plan, but it's also very important to ensure that you get enough exercise. Combine aerobic exercise activities (also know as cardio) like walking, jogging or cycling with weight training (it doesn't have to be anything too intense, but it helps a lot to lift some weights) to maximize your weight loss."

I really like how this explains weight loss! Also while I was searching around I found this fantastic video which you should definitely check out, has a pile of great tips for how to shed the pounds: http://tinyurl.com/lose-weight-be-happy

I really hope this helps, the fact that you're looking for help is a great start!

Good luck :)
