I was thinking of buying one of these multi-station home gyms. I dont have the time to go down to my local gym, and I thought this might be the best solution. But some friends say its not a good idea, some saying its better to be at the gym itself because youll have friends helping you and encouraging you, and others say that this device is a waste of money and its not as effective. What do you recommend? Any Ideas? I really need to do something about my work out but I have no time! Please help!

personally i dont think its a good idea. i got one of those and i simply didnt use it becuase its booring working out alone. in the gym i get more motivated by the trainers there and i can use 20 machines instead of one.

Its a great idea. There is no excuse for you not to work out if its in your home. When you go to a gym you tend to socialize more. If your serious about working out a home gym is great. Get one that has 4 stations on it. That way you can do chest, back, arms, legs etc.. It is worth the money. In the end way cheaper than a gym.

I even have something comparable. that's not great besides the indisputable fact that that's ok. I used it while i became too tied right down to circulate to the wellbeing midsection. the single I even have has leg extention, shoulder press, lat pull down, a chest press, and a few grip sizes to alter the attitude etc. to apply for different issues. i assume that's good for what you pay for it and it does what you like it to do. in case you are able to visit a place the place you are able to attempt it out to ascertain it feels good etc. you're able to looking one used too in case you promote or look at a used donning products keep. My son has a Bow Flex and likes it allot,he placed on allot of length utilising it (used it for 3 or 4 years; is going to the wellbeing midsection now). they are somewhat expensive even with the undeniable fact that.

It would be a unique centre piece in the living room, if you decide or rather got lazy....
