Does anyone know any good computer programs or sites offer a diet plan for putting on muscle?

I have found several sites that will help you create a diet for your body type to lose weight, but none to actually gain weight (muscle) . I don't wanna eat a crap load of bad calories and get fat. I need a good diet that it is gonna help me gain muscle fast. ill put my diet below im doing right now that isn't working .. I need to be rid of my lowe stomach fat and I want to put on more muscle .

breakfast-
3 scrambled eggs
3 egg whites
1 bowl of apple cinnamon oatmeal

Snack-
protein bar
apple

lunch-
2 cans of tuna by itself
salad
yogurt
apple sauce

snack-
protein bar
protein shake

then I go to the gym

Dinner-
chicken burrito
apple sauce

snack -
protein shake
4 egg whites
