Dumbells help your smaller(support/stabalizer) muscles grow and strengthen! While the Barbell hit the main muscle groups! Dumbells are the tools used for your body; like the tweeking of an equalizer on a sound system or, the right seasoning on your favorite dish! It defines, what bodypart you've been working on! Barbells are the 'Pit Bulls' of body building! Use correctly, they can blow up the main muscles of any body part! Use correct form at all times!
