Hey, I'm trying to gain muscle mass. If I add some of the principles of Max-OT to my usual methods of weight-training, will I benefit?

Right now I'm not at the medical condition to do everything, but if their principles are some of the best, then adding them to an already good routine should help improve my routine, correct?

Max-OT is an effective routine, as good as many other routines out there. It's an advanced routine so in order to get the real benifits from it you should already be an established and experienced lifter with at least several months consistent lifting under their belt. So once you're able to start hitting the gym again, work on your lifts as normal, increase and improve, work on perfecting them, then give it a real go. Keep at the routine until the cycles are complete.



Most successful lifters have tried several routines before settling on one that works best for them. For me, DC works really well, but I've tried several before then, I just happen to get my best results so far from DC.



Yes, it's important to follow the diet and supplementation as much as possible. Keep in mind that diet is the true cornerstone of any fitness routine so concentrate on that if you can't get the supplements. A consistent diet is what separates the little guys from the big guys in the gym.

Give it a go. Try out some of the concepts to see how they feel. Experience is important, with that you'll want to make sure your strength, stamina and power are up to intense routines like this. The reason is that a person can become overtrained or not able to apply the techniques properly if they aren't conditioned enough. Take your time and work your way up to it; since you've had major surgery give yourself some time.
