Hey. I'm 14. I'm 5'9 and My BMI is 27.8.
Yup I know, simply don't eat as much and do more, but it'd kinda help if someone told me more specifically...?

I would suggest visiting tlc.com/thin and reading up on Paul McKenna's weight loss method. It's extremely straight forward, simple, rewarding, and it works.



No restricting diets or starvation techniques, it centers around four basic rules.



1. Eat when you are hungry.

2. Eat what you want, not what you think you should have.

3. Eat conciously and taste your food!

4. Stop eating when you are full.



Of course, his website goes into much greater detail and really is the most simple, effective way to lose weight that I can think of. Also, his site has a forum so if you'd like to get some of your questions answered, it's a great place to start.

You want to hear a "secret" method that you havent heard off or considered, and is easy, fast, and incredibly effective dont you.



Its called HIIT training, (High Intensity Interval) or tabata running, and will cause you to burn calories nine times faster than simply jogging. What you do is, jog a little as a warm up, then alternate 1 minute sprints with 2 minute easy jogs for half an hour, then stop. If you do this for more than half an hour you will burn muscle, and you need good muscle tone to shift calories. Truly the most simple and effective way. I think i deserve 10 points.

Simply:

don't eat less, but eat healthily.

do more exercise, it doesn't have to be a run or the gym, maybe just a walk listenin to your iPod, or get into a sport, like hockey.
