Short Answer: No, it isn't harmful.
Long Answer: Ezekiel is a brand new (which is why you can't find much info yet) pre-workout from Reaction Nutrition. I haven't tried it yet, but my best friend has and says he gets a much better workout with it than he does using Jack3d or NOExplode as his pre workout.
Like any pre-workout supplement, follow the directions and you should get good results. I personally don't suggest pre-workout supplements for anyone under 16, but some high school athletes use them. In general most pre-workouts are a mixture of creatine, BCAA's, and maybe something like 1,3 dimethylpentylamine HCl. The over the counter stuff isn't harmful (it's not an illegal steroid) and is really just to open up the pathways to keep your muscles hydrated and not building up lactic acid so that you can workout longer and harder. The longer and harder you workout, the more strength and muscle you can build.
That being said, your best friend is going to be nutrition. A 40% protein, 40% carb, 20% healthy fats (monounsaturated, like from an avocado) diet will get you much farther than eating like garbage while chugging protein shakes.
