It depends on what you weigh. Stop drinking anything besides water, and drink as much of it as you can. Eat 5-6 times a day small portions of food that are low calorie/low fat. Stay away from carbs eat mainly veggies and meat. This should to it combined with exercise. For exercise you need to get your heart rate up at least once a day if not more. You can go to the gym or just turn some music on at home a dance while you clean or something.

I would say honestly that you can't. You can lose about 3-4 pounds a week tops. Some of it might be just water weight too. A good tip is to start working out/exercising and eating better a month or two before any big event. That way you can actually see some good results, and you start a healthier lifestyle.

10 lbs is possible for one week, but thereafter you can't do anything about it. 10 is also pushing it - maybe 8? Drink a lot of water - go jogging in the mornings and after work - eat lots of fruit and veggies and get some protein in you. That'll get you as close to your goal as possible without making you collapse at the wedding!

It is impossible to lose more than 2 pounds of body fat in one week. Keep that in mind. Everying else you're losing is water weight. The quickest way to lose that kind of weight is low carb. No bread, pastas, potatoes, starches, candy, fruit, anything with sugar for one week and I bet you'll lose close to 10 pounds (water weight mind you). You'll pee like a race horse.

huh just a suggestion...exercises 20 Min's a day..push ups..jogging/running once a week ..take a walk..20 Min's is all u need...u cant loose 10 pounds a week..but i think it will help..I've tried it b4..it works 4 me..maybe it will help u..just suggestions.. :P

You can ride the snake on amphetamines or crack. Losing more than 2 pounds a week is very possible, but very very unsafe!!!

you can't. you might lose a few pounds of water, but it will come straight back on again as soon as you eat and anyway it won't make you look any different.
any diet or remedy that claims it can help you lose more than 2lbs in a week is lying.
