okay, so i know everyone has a different view of everything, so at what point does someone go from "curvy" or "shapely" to "fat"?
because it differs by height, assume the person is about 5'5 give or take a few inches
please go by juinor bottom sizes or weight to make it more clear
starting i guess at 00 but anyone wearing a 00 is NOT fat under any circumstances

At a height of 5'5, I would say anything over 100 pounds.

If you have a percentage of body fat that exceeds 30% this is considered overfat for a female. However some skinny girls have high body fat due to lack of muscle and then it's harder to judge because they just look 'untoned' as opposed to 'fat'.

Another way to tell is if your waist (at the narrowest point) is over 32 inches. This would be considered an excess of abdominal fat in a female which can be harmful leading to possible high blood pressure, diabetes and even heart disease.

Hope this helps.

Fat is a BMI over 27, and obese is a BMI over 30. High is 25-27. Normal 20-25, and under below 25.

BMI is mass (kg) divided by height (m) squared.

5'5" = 1.65m. Target weight is 1.65x1.65x2.2xBMI#

BMI 20 means 120 lbs

BMI 25 means 150 lbs

BMI 27 means 162 lbs

BMI 30 means 180 lbs

So,under 120 is underweight.

120-150 is fine.

150-162 is high.

162-180 is overweight

Over 180 is obese.

i judge someone fat or not, by looking at his/her whole body and some body parts (arms, legs, stomach, etc). Generally all parts look proportionate or no fatty area, i would say that person is normal. Then if he/she has slim appearance or muscle body, there you can say that person is shapely or curvy.
