Three days juice detox diet to lose weight fast?

I need to lose about 5 pounds quick as I have a wedding to go in 2 weeks and I am the maid of honour, I want to look good in my dress, that now it is a bit tight on my belly as I have been overeating lately.....(lots of takeaways!!!!!!!!)

So, I want to try a 3 days juice detox diet, how many pounds can I lose with that? who has tried one and can recommend one?

hilarious. As if taking in nothing but sugary juice will help you lose weight. You need to stop pigging out NOW, eat sensibly and do as much exercise as possible.



detox is a myth. No such thing. Have some self-control, but you didn't put on 5 pounds in two weeks and it will take longer to lose it. Go see the dressmaker.
