What is the best plan and method to losing the belly fat?

I've been trying this for a while now and i feel like im getting no results. so if anyone could givem e websites or ideas on what is the best bet. im looking for diet plans, exercise plans, anything..also looking to lose the bulge i got by my armpits..you know what i am talking about..

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a

stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!

Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times.

Every week add to the number of repetitions.

You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

That's for toning.

For weight loss, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.

I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

1. Cleaning up your diet is most important to losing body fat.



2. Focus on the intensity of your workouts and working your whole body. For the majority of the time, you should be training the largest muscle groups of the body like the chest, back and legs. Do lunges, squats, clean & presses, deadlifts, squats.

Cardio running and swimming is the best IMO. 30 minutes to 1 hour every other or everyday if you would like. Some form of light lifting between cardio days to really help you tone up. A strict clean diet of high proteins with lean meats like fish and chicken, dark leafy veggies not root like veggies like potatoes filled with carbs. Low on the fruit even tho there filled with vitamins they have loads of sugar well most of them. No fat, sugar, salt, carbs, calories. This is the best and healthest ways. Running, swimming, hiking, biking, etc.

I'll tell you what's worked for me the last three months:



1. Tons of cardio (5 days, 35-55 min a session)

2. Weights (5 days, all body parts)

3. Lots of chicken breasts, energy bars, veggies, fruits, egg whites, and fat free/sugar free yogurt.

4. 1 Cheat day a week. On the cheat day, I can pretty much eat whatever i want, just not to excess (like three hamburgers and two large shakes for dinner). I'll usually have Italian with my wife, with a glass of wine, on this day. Once you get used to it, you can vary your cheats. So maybe you have a cheat meal one day, and a cheat lunch another.



My belly is starting to go away, but only because I am doing the "Holy" trinity of weight loss--diet, cardio, and weights.
