Will this keep me healthy and stay in shape?

I wanna start a new routine daily to stay in shape maitain my weight and keep me healthy what do you guys think? heres my plan

6:00 A.M-7:00 A.M: Running
once i get home from running
50 sit ups
50 push ups
1 minute of doing the plank

Eat breakfast: Milk, banana, and 2 eggs

Lunch: ham sandwich with lettuce tomato and ham, apple, water

1:00 Run 2 miles

when i get home
50 sit ups
50 push ups
1 min plank

dinner: salad, fruit smoothie, water

water rest of night
No Food after 7

Week days Mon-Fri

5:00 A.M.- 6:00 A.M: running

lunch: water, lite&fit yogurt, banana/apple

Dinner: Idk guess whatevr my parents make

8:00- 50 sit ups 50 push ups

There feel free to add any ideas foods exercises ect tweek around idk i just wanna start and ENTIRELY new healthier life Thanks for taking the time to read and anwser with ideas! BTW im 13

I mean it looks like your not getting enough protein for dinner- why not add lean meats of salmon to your meal? Its much healthier to be balanced and with the amount of exercise your doing you need that protein to keep you energised. Having said that you eat lots of fruit which is great and the eggs for breakfast are a great protein source. You can look for alternative meals on www.makemyplate.co. I use it as a calorie/nutrition counter putting all my plates in a diary with visual tools but you can find out really good meal ideas etc so check it out if your bored :) Good luck!!

im 13 2 so im not sure y u feel the need 2 do all this but it should keep u healthy but try 2 check if ur getting enough calories 2 do all the exercise and if it helps u must b pretty healthy already if u can do 50 press ups! i cant do 1 normal 1!!! xx

im 13 2 so im unclear y u journey the will 2 do all this even though it would want to keep u healthy yet attempt 2 research if ur getting sufficient skill 2 do each and every and all the artwork out and if it facilitates u might want to b truly healthy already if u can do 50 press ups! i cant do a million commonly used a million!!! xx

you will put your body in to a state where it will save every calorie it can and as soon as you stop this regime you will put on weight very quickly. you need to work out how many calories your burning and how many your eating and eat as much as you can get away with. Probably well over 2500 is what you need to be eating to sustain you body functions and the exercise.



You need to eat much more than you are.

just walk 30 min after lunch and dinner.every morning drink a worm glass of water with 1 spoon of honey it will make you slim or take a worm glass of water then mix one slice of lemon with it then drink

My bestfriend walked and she stayed in shape.Just make sure you stay active! She ate whatever she wanted but still stayed in shape because of walking
