I'm doing crunches in the morning and a weights for a muscle group.
For examlple: Monday: Biceps, Tuesday: Chest, Wednesday: Legs, Thursday: Triceps and then cardio on certain day after the main workout.

So will this product be good for me?
How long will it last?
When should I use it? before? after?

You will know that the product is good for you when you can see improvements in your goal. Basically, that is suppose to "add" strength and enhance your performance .. so basically, its a steroid ...



My suggestion is NOT to use the product (don't get me wrong, I'm not saying its bad) and just let your body "grow" naturally. Using enhancement products, like the one you mention, is pushing your body to the limit in order to make it do more ... you may not feel it during work out but eventually it causes fatigue.



strength training and weight gain, these two go hand-in-hand, is better accomplished if done the natural way ... as you probably realize that doing weights is already going beyond your normal routine.



its your move ... all i can say is .. its better to develop "naturally"

Venison is an excellent protein to eat - low in dangerous fats. So are ostrich and kangaroo.

couldnt hurt, but lots of good protein rich foods are the best weight gainer

You cant go wrong with protein

ur workout schedule looks pretty solid too

i would deff. take it after the workout
