I am trying to lose weight i want to lose mt stomach and over all have a body that i can go swimming with when its summer again i usually use my treadmill and lift weights i weigh 225( i cant tell what percent is fat or the muscle i gained) when i work out i work a good sweat but after awhile i get very tired and like all of us take a break when working out

i need to know if i am losing any weight when i take a break for example when i aim on the treadmill i take breaks i usually burn 200 calories but i get very tired so i take a break and then walk some more when i do that am i working enough to lose weight or am i just wasting time taking a break?

You burn calories all the time! You burn calories by sleeping, eating, watching tv, and even thinking! So definatly, you are burning calories! You're not wasting time!

Try boosting your metabolism by eating smaller more frequent meals throughout the day; each time you eat, your metabolism goes up. This will help out as well.

As they say.. you burn calories in your sleep. Gyms a great start but the main point is diet. I dont mean eat less. Its surprising how much good food you can eat whilst excercising and still lose weight. Cut out the cookies, sweets and junk food and youll lose the weight, esp with the gym.

Dont get obsessed by it, A glass of milk, healthy, contains calories.i wouldnt bother counting calories.. its the fat and carb content in food you want to watch.

Well, feel it. Your frame is always burning energy, even if you are now not doing some thing, and your most effective burning an excessively small percent extra for the duration of your breaks than you might burn almost always in case you had been doing not anything. Sorry :-/
