Hi, I'm going swimming in a couple of days with some friends. I'd like to lose a couple of pounds before I go. I have four days until we go. What method would let me loose the most weight? Would just not eating much work, or are there certain excercises be better? It's summer break and I don't have anything to do until we go swimming, so I can do as much excercising as I need. Please help.

the BEST way to not only lose weight but look just overall toned and flat is to dance.... seriously look for reallyy good dance music and crank it up and just go crazy, do like aerobic type stuff, make it up yourself but just go non s top for a good 30 minutes and you will see a huge difference
